From one of the owners who appeared on Channel 4's A Place in the Sun with Amanda Lamb in 2007, after 2 years living and working in the area this painstakingly restored beautiful 1 bedroom apartment was completed in conjunction with local renowned architect and designers. With hand-restored stone vaulted 18ft ceilings and stand out features such as a stone fireplace, claw feet roll top bath, you'll notice the amount of effort and work used to bring this characterful property back to life. It sleeps 2 to 4 people, and is a perfect base for exploring the many sites the Salentine Peninsular has on offer. Stunning local scenery and only a short drive to local beaches and award winning fish restaurants make this an ideal location to take it easy and enjoy the dolce vita. There are miles of beaches, acres of olive groves, and gallons of fantastic wine! Of course if you prefer a relaxing time away from it all they can leave you in peace and only be on hand as and when you need it.Being next door, they can provide welcome food packs or special requests. Why worry about finding a supermarket on the first morning of your arrival, when you could just wake up and enjoy some real Italian coffee and the wonderful local produce.
