- Located along the highway (very convenient). - 5 minutes walk to Lake Tekapo, another 10 minutes walk to the famous Church of the Good Shepherd. - Had the whole house to ourselves, garage included. - Kitchen was amazing, well equipped, best kitchen we had out of the 7 accommodations we booked for this NZ trip. - Money well spent, will book again.

Overall experience is satisfied for a family as it provides the cleanliness, spacious room/living room and sufficient kitchen facilities to accommodate a worry-free staying however there are certain areas of improvement such as: 1. To provide the window curtains in the washroom 2. To provide bigger space for shower room 3. To provide the dryer for the convenience of the guest 4. To allocate a dedicated car parking to the guest unless with a special request of multiple vehicles car parking for a biggest staying group Thank you for your consideration and hope the above suggestions can benefit the next staying guest.

L'appartement est beau. Malheureusement, il était nuageux, pas beaucoup d'étoiles à remarquer. Mais le sol à la fenêtre de plafond était un grand touche et nous avons pris le plus étonnant soirée du soleil jamais.

This is one of the most well equipped and comfortable place I’ve stayed in. All 7 of us loved the place so much. Feels so much like home, everything is high quality and very very comfortable. Love this place.

房間裏設施齊全，衞生好，服務很棒，房子空間很大，周邊環境優美，很難得有三個洗手間，對於4人家庭來説非常方便。 房間離好牧羊人教堂非常近，雖然不是親近湖邊，但是距離湖邊很近，步行就可到達，離超市也很近，購物很方便。晚上站在房屋外就能看到滿天星星。

La chambre n'est pas très bonne à trouver, c'est un grand jeu qui ressemble à une chambre simple, en fait juste à l'autre côté de la chambre 27 (ceci est le numéro 29), mais sans numéro de porte et de marques de fame, nous avons tourné les deux côtés pour trouver. Bien que l'apparence soit un peu simple, la décoration de la chambre est plus confortable, la chambre est grande, les installations sont plus nouvelles, il ya des tables, une table de cuisine, un réfrigérateur, une micro-ondes, etc. Il y a aussi des bureaux, un canapé, quelques ouvertures. La porte peut être garée. La position de la chambre est à quelques distances du lac Ticabo, mais parce que la ville est très petite, il est allé environ 10 minutes pour conduire au lac et je ne trouve pas inconvenant. Le matin, j'ai vu le plongeur de la fenêtre ouverte.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'unité A, l'unité fait partie d'une maison qui a été convertie en 3 unités. Il n'y a pas de prouve de son entre les unités. Il n'y a pas de curtains nets dans le salon qui signifie que les autres propriétaires d'unité passaient la porte de patio qu'ils peuvent voir. Les bins pour toutes les unités sont hors de l'unité de sorte qu'ils sont bruyants alors que d'autres unités les utilisent. La propriété est sombre et vous avez besoin d'une lumière tout le temps. Parcage est bon, la propriété est très propre.  . Je ne recommanderai pas cette propriété.

Tout va bien sauf la salle de bain, la piscine est super petite, et la pression de l'eau de la douche est faible, le chauffage dans la salle de bain n'est pas assez chaud, il était super froid quand la baignade est à l'automne, les meubles de la salle entière se sentent comme tout à partir de Taobao, Le propriétaire ne veut pas fournir un élément de qualité plus élevé.

We are couple with a 5 year old girl. We paid SGD697.85 (Singapore dollar) for staying 2 nights in this “2 bedroom apartment” as stated. 3 points here to explain the terrible experience. 1. tv remote is not working. I don’t mind the owner making excuse like “ replied customer’s message within 20mins…..” but they actually took 29mins to reply (19:10 till 19:39). In fact, they didn’t manage to change the tv remote in the end. So I stayed 2 nights without using the TV! 2.there is no clear and obvious description that this “2 bedroom apartment” is actually an adjoining unit which means when u walked into the front door then there are 2 doors link to split parts of the apartment. The problem of adjoining units are thin walls are used to split the apartment into 2 small units. When u stay in this kind of apartment, u have to endure all kind of noises from whoever staying in neighboring rooms. We had 2 days enduring guesting from the other room shouting, slamming the door, kids screaming like crazy both early in the morning and afternoon! 3. When I reflect this bad experience with trip.com customer service, this hotel responded like they have no fault at all and played with words. This attitude makes us feel like being fooled. We paid money to expect to stay in an apartment with privacy and quiet environment but indeed we had such a bad experience! In this market, if it’s an adjoining unit, they should not charge at the rate as if it’s an entire apartment. I’m alright that they rejected to refund the extra amount they charged. Just have to reflect the facts in the review. Thanks.

Definitely can stay here! Everything was perfect self check in with clear instructions. Love the bed, super comfortable. Lucky to saw aurora outside of our room
