This is a perfect “you get what you pay for” type of accommodation if you’re traveling to Manila. I’ve stayed at these condos twice now within the last couple of years and I’ve never had any real problems. The good: The location is excellent. It really can’t get much better. There’s quite a few restaurants right below the building on the first floor and down the road within walking distance. You’re about 5-10 minutes away from terminal 3 of the airport (international terminal). It’s also very easy to get picked up by ride share services because there’s never any traffic on this street. There’s multiple guards around that stroll up and down the sidewalks so there’s a bit more safe and secure feeling. There’s also a 24 hour convenient store below. The not so good: The rooms look a lot bigger online than in person especially the studio units. I also saw a roach in the bathroom during my most recent stay. If you see one roach there’s most likely more within the building. Lastly they’re washing machines in a lot of the units but the last 2 units we stayed in the washing machines weren’t working. If the washing machines aren’t going to work then they might as well take them out because the machines are just taking up space in an already small unit where space is limited. All in all I’ll give this place 4 stars because you get what you pay for when you stay here and that’s getting harder to find these days. Am I being a little generous? Probably, but for their fairly cheap nightly rates and excellent location you really can’t beat it. Especially if you’re on a vacation and just trying to budget a little

L'endroit où j'habite est très éloigné. C'est une maison célèbre et ce n'est pas facile à trouver. Le numéro de la maison est différent de celui sur la photo. Il m'a fallu deux fois pour le trouver🥲.

Пребыванием в данных апартаментах осталась довольна: удобное расположение к торговому центру СМ Азия, очень чисто, все необходимое для комфортного проживания в наличии, также охраняемая территория, прекрасный бассейн с зонами отдыха.

Nous avons eu un séjour magnifique ici. L'hébergement était spacieux, propre et confortable, ce qui facilite la dégagement. Grand pour une pause tranquille et une qualité. Très recommandé.

Excellent location because it was only one night before heading to the airport. Very friendly service and quick check-in. The only downside was that there was no toilet paper and there were lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom.

So nice to stay at the Shore staycation. Very simple and the amenities is really necessary in times of need. Near at MOA riding the jeep had some fun because there's no kind of that transportation in Japan.
