To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise monitoring sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite and surveillance cameras at the front door outside of the unit for security.While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.We have noise monitors installed in our unit (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it measures the noise levels in decibels.
