Enjoy a stylish experience at the Farmhouse apartment in Dover. Housed in a 1900s farmhouse that has been updated with modern amenities, the Farmhouse is your ideal location centrally located to everything the Seacoast has to offer.Looking for a place to crash while visiting family in the area? Visiting Portsmouth but don't want to pay the crazy downtown prices? Visiting your kids at UNH? Traveling for work? We've got you covered.We are within walking distance to downtown Dover (5 min) but just far enough that you will have a quiet and peaceful stay. We are also a 10 min drive to both Portsmouth/Kittery and UNH.The condo is one side of a duplex in a residential neighborhood. There are NO parties allowed since it is a shared space. For every additional guest who stays at the condo (in addition to the number of guests on the reservation), there is a $100 per guest fee.We have a front porch with chairs as well as a backyard with grill and dining table for your entertainment. The outdoor space is shared with the other half of the duplex.All bedrooms are upstairs which require stairs.
