With a fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms both with king beds, one bathroom, and a washer & dryer in the unit you'll have everything you need for your stay!The only shared spaces with the upstairs apartment is the parking/driveway. Everything else is separate and private!All rooms have a smart TV and room darkening curtains. Both bedrooms have a king bed with cotton sheets with plenty of pillows and blankets available. The patio area has plenty of seating, as well as a hammock and grill for maximum relaxation. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and cooking equipment including:-Ninja coffee maker with pod adapter-Airfryer-InstantPot-Blender-Mixing bowls, measuring cups-Assortment of baking dishes-Assortment of cooking utensils-Dishwasher-Refrigerator/freezerThere is a washer and dryer located in the bathroom.The fireplace is NOT operational; but you can still enjoy the multitude of games, comfy furniture, and TV in the living room!There are two mini-split A/C & heating units, each in one of the bedrooms. The whole house A/C is operated by the upstairs HVAC unit, but most vents downstairs are shut, so the mini-splits control the temperature well downstairs. **Parking is only available for two vehicles in the concrete driveway.**Outlet plugs and cabinet locks available, but not installed throughout the house.
