There are three units in total for the whole building. The upstairs is also a short-term rental, and the front of the downstairs is a business.I am not a very strict host, but I am very firm on the few rules that I do request to be followed.*No smoking allowed inside the home. If you choose to smoke please do outside and dispose of your butts responsibly.*There are absolutely no animals allowed at this home. I have a strict no animal policy.*No parties, gatherings, or events of any kinds. This activity is not supported by myself or Airbnb. I have a maximum of 6 guest. All guest that will be staying or visiting must be accounted for per the reservation.*No fires allowed anywhere on the premises * Please note- all occupants must provide a photo ID copy within 24 hours of booking confirmation to verify identity. ****A $500 fee will be charged for any rules broken along with reserving the right to evict without notice.I will be available via text or call 24/7.
