The trendy wallpaper is a huge hit with our guests! We constantly get compliments on the mattresses we provide - the Zinus memory foam mattress is the most recommended mattress by short term rental hosts. - The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized, memory foam mattress. There is also a dresser and large closet for storage or hanging clothes. - The 3rd bedroom is a pass-through bedroom. This means you need to go through bedroom #2 to enter. This bedroom has a full-size Murphy Bed (memory foam mattress, of course!). The murphy bed allows guests to fold the bed into the closet when not in use for additional space. The stylish décor turned this into one of our favorite rooms in the unit! ★★LIVING AREA★★-Enjoy lounging on comfortable couches as you watch your favorite shows on our Smart TV. Login to your streaming services to make yourself feel right at home. Our Port Washington-themed mural was professionally created to give you that IG-worthy feel! The egg chair serves as a modern design and something you may not use everyday. ★★KITCHEN★★-Completely remodeled in early 2023, this kitchen is the perfect spot to cook your group meals. The kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and all appliances/cooking essentials. ★★BATHROOM★★-Modern, trendy fixtures + comfy bath towels. ★★We have outdoor patio furniture for you to enjoy those beautiful summer nights ★★You will receive our digital guidebook prior to your arrival. This guidebook should answer most questions and also give you the best insights into local hotspots, restaurants, and activities! This means there will be guests/tenants upstairs. Some foot noise may be heard from above. My family of 4 lived in the lower unit and it never impacted our sleep or livability! A calming private apartment in the heart the historic business district, located on Washington Ave just steps to a variety of local restaurants, small shops, wineries, breweries, parks...yet set back for those quiet moments when you need a timeout. The 2 br apartment is situated above a private garage accessed by stairs, loaded with everything you need for a 5 star stay whether it's for 1 night, a week, or more. A living room to hang out in and a full kitchen to either heat up your leftovers from a restaurant, or make a quick meal before heading out to explore more is a better value compared to a 1 room bnb. Choice linens and varied pillows for a great night sleep. We DO NOT charge a cleaning fee and we just ask for you to do a couple of things before you check(no cleaning)out.
