Close to lake/trailsThe area for rent is a basement apartment with a private entrance with stairs leading to the backyard. It is a private area with an electronic code-keyed door. It has a full kitchen with everything you will need to prepare food and eat. There is a large backyard with 2 tree swings, a trampoline, a pavilion with a grill and a picnic table, a fire pit, and 2 tetherball standards. we also have an air hockey table inside the unit (free play) and a foosball table and basketball game available to be set up for an additional charge ($15)We have a homestead with goats, free-roaming chickens, and bees. You can set up a time for a private animal experience milking momma goats, feeding goats, bottle feeding baby goats (depending on the time of year), holding and feeding chickens, tasting goat milk, learning about bees, and trying fresh honeycomb. ($40 for a family hour session, $5 for each additional person over the immediate family)We also have other products for sale, like honey, fresh goat milk and cheese, goat milk lotion, and fresh eggs.We can host family parties, weddings, BBQs, receptions, etc... With a separate entrance and two bedrooms, a living/dining area, a fully-stocked kitchenette with dishwasher, and washer/dryer access, you’ll have all the amenities to make this your home away from home.Both bedrooms are newly renovated, with windows looking out onto the yard, which is fully fenced for privacy. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes a twin day bed with a twin trundle, and a desk that allows guests to use the room as a dedicated workspace as needed. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room, where the sofa doubles as a full pull-out bed. The living room also includes an extendable dining table, smart TV, and faux fireplace for maximum comfort and coziness in Utah winters.Step outside and you’ll find an outdoor space that’s perfect for both family fun and quiet relaxation. Parkside Haven’s recently re-landscaped yard features a waterfall, fire pit, barbecue grill, and patio complete with a bistro table and chairs. The yard is fully fenced and includes a private gated entrance to the beautiful 8-acre Spring Creek Park, where you’ll find a walking trail, basketball court, soccer fields, playgrounds, and a pavilion that can be reserved for gatherings.Two driveway parking spaces are available, as well as street parking. Parking on site for recreational vehicles is available upon request.Guest accessGuests have full access to daylight/ walkout basement apartment as well as the back patio and backyard.Guests enjoy self check-in and are able to access the apartment by going through the driveway vinyl gates, walking down a set of stairs, and opening the door with a smart lock code.Other things to noteI have an outdoor cat named Teddy. You may see him from time to time.
