The Smart TV has apps for guests to stream with their own media service subscriptions, such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, ESPN, etc. For the EV charging, guests will pay the host $20 the first night (charging only 9pm-9am) ; $15 each additional night of stay for the privilege of using the installed Tesla Wall Connector EV charger. (The charge is for the entire stay, not per nights used. For non-Tesla vehicles, Guests will need to bring their own charging adapter.). - Washer & Dryer are available on site.
