"J'avais réservé une chambre non-fumeur, mais on m'a attribué une chambre sans aucune ventilation, à part une fenêtre donnant sur un café. C'était très bruyant : on entendait chaque tasse de café, les conversations à voix haute, la musique et les cigarettes. Bref, du bruit, de l'air vicié et aucune aération. Le parking de l'hôtel est déplorable. Il ne peut accueillir que 5 ou 6 voitures. Il est très étroit et difficile d'y circuler. Il y a une épicerie fine et un café dans le hall, ainsi qu'une pizzeria et un stand de kunafa à l'entrée. Les toilettes sont propres, mais elles auraient besoin d'être nettoyées. Globalement, mon expérience dans cette chambre a été mauvaise. Je ne sais pas ce qu'il en est des autres."
