Directly on the West shore of Copano Bay, close to Aransas Wildlife Refuge, and just minutes away from shopping and the beach in downtown Rockport. Walk out your private lighted pier (with underwater green light) right from the yard and be surrounded by miles of open water. Fish, bird watch, see dolphins in the bay, kayak (bring your own), or just sit and watch the beautiful sunsets and breathe in the salt air from our home on Copano Bay. Covered parking. Covered and shaded downstairs seating area with a picnic table and bench.
