L'hôtel est très bien et le personnel très aidant.
Nous avions eu un soucis dans notre chambre et la personne à la réception a tout de suite pris les choses en main pour nous changer de chambre sans soucis.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux et complet.
Petit bémol sur la piscine et la jacuzzi un peu frais !

I've stayed here many times before. This time was the worst of my stays mainly for customer service. Had issues with the room door closing and locking. Maintenance never came to help fix it and the front desk wouldn't move us. Definitely could use a little tlc in the room I stayed in, you can tell they aren't keeping up on maintenance all around. Otherwise is was an ok stay.

It was okay. When we arrived our room was so hot because they turned off the a.c. so it took a long time for it to cool off and would onlybwork when on "high". The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was old and the drain clogged so i didnt like that. The breakfast was not good. The eggs made my stomach sick the whole day and the orange juice is basically water. The pool was nice and clean and so were the linens. Staff was nice.

The staff was very friendly they were very attentive and they always would make things right if something was going wrong they went out of their way to make us comfortable and they're very friendly I rate this a five star

Pool was pretty cold, and the hot tub wasn’t a whole lot better. The bed had dirty sheets upon our arrival, they did get that addressed pretty quickly. Bathroom tub looked to have a good amount of mold and was very outdated which obviously couldn’t be addressed. Not the worst I’ve seen but will most likely not stay again.

Our family stayed for one night here before a trip to eliches. Almost everything in our room was either broken or in horrible shape. Hair dryer was non functional and almost caught on fire, locks on doors wouldn't fully engage, shower head sprayed all over the floor and was about to come off it's attachment, fire alarm was held on by tape....i could go on. We are by NO MEANS high maintenance. We are a family of 6 and are used to just dealing, but this was a bit scary. Would not choose to return based on our experience.
Front staff was great. Our youngest daughter left a souvenir from yellowstone in the bed, and they saved it for us to return and collect it. Staff has my thanks!

The check in was smooth and everything was good until the last morning when we seen a bug in the bathroom. Which can happen but I can’t give 5 stars because I was ready to leave after that.
