Расположение отеля хорошее, рядом банкоматы и магазины . При заезде попросила номер с холодильником , дали без проблем . Так как читала до этого отзыв что номер без холодильника . Внизу есть кофе ,яблоки . Все понравилось

The property was beautiful. The staff was wonderful. Just the lady staying next door woke us up at 8am by screaming at her kids at the top of her lungs.

Bathroom is so small it is a shame to call this hotel a Sheraton
Could not turn off fan in HVAC unit all night, even after getting advice from front desk

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very easy check on n and the restaurant had great food. I wish room service was still offered but that is everywhere post. Pandemic. When we placed to go order to take up to our room at the bar food was brought out fast and correct. There is an option to eat there as well. We loved the electronic shades making the room very comfortable for our son who has specific needs and requires restful sleep. Everything in the room worked well and the fridge had a mini ice tray so we were able to. Have u e cubes which I had never encountered at a. Hotel before. Ezra, Armando and Alex were exceptional in their quality of service and very accommodating.

The rooms are dated, need new carpets to take the bad odor which made it difficult to sleep. The AC was very loud, very cold when on but if we turned off the bad odors where too strong.

Classic property
Cons: Gave us rooms on 2nd floor stating only those rooms are available even though the whole hotel had hardly 10-15 guests.
