Polite and attentive staff focused on meeting guests’ needs, delicious cuisine, and beautiful facilities The hotel and thermal baths offer unforgettable experiences. The stunning landscapes and lush nature are a spectacle in themselves, connecting us with the beauty and goodness of existence. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

Historical hotel from 1944, mostly with original furniture. Comfortable bed, the shower takes so long to hot the water but it's good after that. I had to ask for cleaning my room everyday, I don't know how they control this. Staff are very kind and helpful, the place is wonderful to get some rest surrounded by nature and they have some great options for body care in the Thermas. Quality decreases when the place gets crowded.

A energia dos colaboradores torna a estadia ainda mais especial, com destaque para o envolvimento genuíno com adultos e crianças. Mesmo durante um período de alta demanda, a qualidade do serviço se manteve alta, embora haja espaço para melhorias em pontos como agilidade no bar da piscina, gestão de consumo extra e disponibilidade de guarda-sóis. Também sentimos falta de mais lixeiras em áreas históricas e um cuidado maior com a organização do bar próximo ao restaurante. No geral, saímos encantados e certos de que voltaremos. O hotel tem alma, história e um time que faz a diferença. Parabéns e obrigado!
