This place is bad business it was dirty and has roaches everywhere and the staff is very rude and don’t need to be working at no hotel it’s a place you go and they don’t care about you or anything that is in front of them

If I could give Zero stars I would. The ‘lobby’ was like walking into a horror movie, it only got worse from there. The whole building, including the room smelled rotten (somewhere between smoke and rotting flesh). The towels were stained, as were the walls, floors and carpet. The fired alarm went off at 2:30am and we were the only ones who called 911 and evacuated. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough….and not to mention breakfast was bread and over ripe bananas on a dirty counter. I can’t believe that Choice Hotel Group is in charge of this hole!!

Just DON’T should be all that needs to be said. Obviously the people in charge of franchises never inspect properties and only give responses to reviews then drop it. Posting pictures they speak volumes. I honestly can’t believe the High Point University location is allowed to operate. Filthy, run down, bugs, and the list of issues goes on and on and on.

Room was very clean and the 2 beds were very relaxing. Kids slept well... Good amount of lights in the room AC unit was great ! specially it was so hot in Greensboro Welcoming and friendly front desk employees. Internet connectivity was good. Stayed at the Redroof inn high point.on our way to Myrtle Beach. Was very clean staff was friendly and they took the coupon from the hotel book. Price was very good compared to everyone else.

I wouldn’t want anyone to stay there! The place was filthy, no hot water, no water pressure. The toilet was filthy, only 1 screw on toilet seat, found hair, and a old contact lens on it. The shower curtain Rod was Bailey holding. We left told the front desk person about it and we were leaving and wanted our card credited back. She told us that she was going to credit it back. We will see about that!!!!

The hotel has roaches. Plentiful, don’t leave any food out or and sweet drink. You’ll wake up to them for sure! And I only stayed two nights. The room itself was cleaned so poorly. The ice bucket lid was filled with crud and dust! The bed had burn holes on the mattress protector! Housekeeping entered the room on numerous occasions after we denied housekeeping services, not to mention the last incident of them entering the room they left the door stopped open with the lock while I had left! I was very upset because I had things on value in the room. I spoke to staff and no one was understanding of the situation other than the lady at the front desk. I also feel someone bilingual or able to comprehend and communicate English better would help too , every conversation I had was difficult. Last for any women who may be staying alone please watch your surroundings. My significant other noticed that two males watched me exit our car and then proceed to walk from a car towards me until they turned back around to get in their car after my boyfriend got out. Could be nothing , could be something. Just be safe. EVERYONE.

By far the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The hallways were filthy, the elevator was disgusting. Once we made it to the room and opened the door is when the smell hit you smack in the face. The a/c was filth with fungus growing and barley running with duct tape holding it together. Plastic bag over the smoke detector toilet seat broken and bed hard as a board. I made the mistake of lifting the mattress. Don’t ever do that again smh

This was the most disgusting room my husband and I have ever stayed in. If we hadn't arrived so late after 15hrs of driving, we would have walked out. The bathroom walls were full of black mildew over most of the walls and in the shower, peeling paint and a broken toilet seat. The TV didn't work, the a/c clicked on and off all night, stains on the ceiling, mattresses were hard as a rock, the sink area was just gross, and the wall kleenex container broke and fell off. It appeared as if they attempted to upgrade and ran out money.......it was just a filthy, gross room. The only reason I gave it one star is because they are pet friendly. We couldn't wait to check out after a few hours of sleep. Never again, Red Roof Inns.

"Our stay at the RedRoof Inn HighPoint. I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived at this motel, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I am Thankful to the entire staff for making our trip a memorable one!"
