Graziella Patio Hotel

"My partner and I were looking forward to spending the evening in Arezzo. We planned to go to the hotel for the Antique Fair . Unfortunately, the hotel sent an email the day we were supposed to arrive modifying the times the valet service /parking was available. We picked this hotel specifically because of its location and the parking options. The change, though perhaps insignificant to some, was enough of an inconvenience to our plans and expectations that we would have canceled had the email notifying us of the changes to the parking arrangement been sent before the 48-hour "no cancelation window." I called to ask the hotel if we could cancel our reservation and they said no because the request was within the 48-hour window. I tried to explain that, we were canceling because they modified the agreed terms and did not let us know with enough notice for us to cancel, but they were unmoved. They said they cannot be responsible for updating "everybody" when changes occur to what they are offering. I respectfully disagree. I am thankful that they were willing to speak to me in English and they did try and problem solve for us, but it was not sufficient. It is unfair for a hotel to say to a guest that a change in parking is insignificant because guests "only have to walk a little farther." It ignores the reality that a guest might be in a wheel chair, using braces, tired, or just old. The manager offered a voucher (and emailed us a voucher), but I do not see myself staying at Graziella Patio Hotel when I return to Arezzo. We ended up canceling our reservation without a refund."

"The hotel is very conveniently located some 100 Meters outside the old city. This has the advantage that the car may be parked a very short walk away on a public parking. The hotel is in a newly and completly refurbished old building. We had a standard room which was very large, traditionally, but nicely decorated. Excellent bed, quite at night. what was a little strange is that a large bathtub was standing in room and also was seerved as the visual divider to the washbasin (so virtually no protection); the toilet was separate, though. Staff is professional, but quite unpersonal. It has to be mentioned that value for money is such a touristic place is extraordinary."

"The hotel was a great hotel, informed by whatsap about how to access. The hotel is beautiful, it has everything necessary to disconnect, two bathrooms and a comfortable bed.  The only thing I see is little intimacy to use the jacuzzi, there are two curtains on one side but if people walk you see without effort.  The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable."

What we disliked · The owner was not available even to collect documents. Poor sleep quality. The area didn't seem to be among the best in Arezzo, and I think you could find better for the services offered and the price. Not recommended."

"Absolutely negative experience. They demanded that the room be paid for the evening before check out. My two children stayed overnight for three nights. My daughter left a day early for work. So on the last night my son stayed overnight alone. It was a gift from their grandmother for Christmas, which she would pay for at check out as is appropriate. The manager called my son to the room at 11.30pm demanding that he come down to pay...If he hadn't done so they would have taken action...Shameful!!! I hope anyone who intends to stay in this hotel thinks not twice but ten times!!! Oh, by the way!!! Terrible breakfast...hard croissants, poor quality products...don't pay for breakfast because there is a good bar 100 meters away."

L.espace piscine couverte et la sauna dans la forêt ont été le touchana final après des jours d'activité intense. Personnel de haut niveau, gentillesse, disponibilité et sourire sont à la maison. "We stayed 2 days in this room and unfortunately we were not very satisfied... they connected us to a room in a 4-story building without an elevator just to carry the luggage we killed ourselves then with a 6-year-old girl everything is even more complicated. Then the room was absolutely not clean as it should have been, lots of cobwebs between the beams not to mention the height of the room practically under the roof. 1 meter and 40 cm tall with continuous head bangs due to the lack of familiarity with a very steep and poorly secured iron staircase to go from the living area to the bedroom. Only the bathroom was acceptable. We certainly ended up in a bad situation and also a bit unlucky because when I booked from the photos of the rooms they seemed better but when assigning rooms especially with children some things have to be taken into consideration. The only excellent thing is the location practically in the center. I would not return."

"Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit dans cette belle maison de campagne, immergée dans le vert. Les côtés positifs sont certainement l'atmosphère domestique et pacifique, hors du chaos quotidien. Chambres larges, mais un peu datées et non insonorisées. Je vous conseille d'introduire mini-frigo dans la chambre, que je considère désormais essentiel dans chaque structure, et d'améliorer le kit de courtoisie de la salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner, avec des produits doux et salés. Gentils propriétaires."
