"Everything about this hotel was terrific ! the staff was extremely helpful, especially with calling taxis for us - to and from the beach, to and from the film festival. Breakfast was delicious, and location was great. We were 5 minutes away from boats trips, less than 5 minutes to the central square. The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was really good, the wi-fi was strong. We will be happy to come again."

"Overall not bad for Greece, helpful tips you might find useful, shower is typically Greek, whole bathroom gets soaked. Kettle and mugs supplied with a small selection of teas and coffees but this is not replenished through the week. Fridge only in the room but no door on freezer section so everything freezes. Generally clean. Towels in room replaced once during the week. Location poor as up large hill. A killer doing it more than twice a day. We’re in our mid fifties pretty fit but did struggle. Resorted to taxis on some occasions. Plenty of tavernas down the hill on the main strip. Although some started to close as it was the last week of the season."

"A beautiful hotel with the most amazing swimming pool, we stayed in a room at the top which was huge, two bedrooms and a big bathroom, it was clean and we always had clean towels. The breakfast is really nice and found out on our last day we could have omelette if we asked, nothing was too much trouble, and the omelette cheese and ham was huge and so delicious. The pool is clean as is the whole hotel. We only had two drinks there and were always overcharged, the draught beer is tasteless and the small bottles of Mythos are over priced so we always went to other bars, the hotel next door has good draught beer. My only gripe was the phone wasn’t picked up at 3am when I tried to call for help as the couple downstairs decided to argue screaming and shouting for an hour and a half, slamming doors it was scary!"

"Premières impressions : très bonne chambre, superbe penthouse avec jacuzzi et immense terrasse sur le toit donnant sur la place. Le personnel était globalement très compétent, à l'exception du jeune homme à la réception, peu enclin à communiquer. Le petit-déjeuner était basique mais propre et bien rangé. Ce n'était pas un excellent choix, mais acceptable. À deux reprises, nous avons demandé à ce que le jacuzzi soit rempli, car la ligne d'eau était en dessous du filtre. Ils ont mis du temps à répondre à notre demande, mais ont finalement réussi à le faire le lendemain. Hormis les points mentionnés ci-dessus, tout était parfait et je le recommande vivement."

There's a small supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance where you can buy yogurt and other similar items. Behind the hotel is a commercial street where you can shop, but the shop owners are quite casual, and some close very early. The room has a small balcony, not too big or too small. The only drawback is the poorly designed bathroom; the shower is too small, and the toilet paper isn't even next to the toilet! You can arrange airport or ferry pick-up through the hotel on Ctrip, but this will incur an additional fee."

"- Nous avons séjourné au Alley City Hotel du 15 au 20 juillet, dans une Deluxe loft suite, dans un contexte de forte chaleur en Grèce qui a influé sur la qualité de notre voyage. Arrivés le soir après 22h, nous avons occupé cette belle chambre au 3ème étage, mais la climatisation n'était pas installée, alors que dans bon nombre d’hôtels, elle est activée pour rien (gaspillage). Il faisait extrêmement chaud et la climatisation, une fois déclenchée, était insatisfaisante. Notre arrivée n'a ainsi pas suffisamment été anticipée. Cette climatisation, les jours suivants, a fonctionné de manière aléatoire : tôt le matin, un vrombissement se produisait à l'extérieur de la chambre, via un gros tuyau situé à la droite du balcon. Il est possible que cela soit lié à un dérèglement général dû aux fortes chaleurs. Pour cela, nous aurions aimé avoir dans la chambre de l'eau, non seulement le premier jour, mais tous les jours. L'hôtel est suffisamment cher pour se permettre d'offrir de l'eau dans ce contexte. D'autres le font. Autre petit détail : un nettoyage approximatif en chambre, car nous avons trouvé des tasses mal lavées, avec l'une d'elle contenant du sucre séché dans le fond. - Le petit déjeuner était de qualité, offrant notamment une gamme variée de produits salés grecs. Il n'était parfois pas évident de se placer, toutes les tables n'étant pas mises, pas suffisamment débarrassées (le jeune homme qui s'en occupait le faisait manifestement en fonction des arrivés, et les tables n'étaient pas toujours nettoyées). - Nous avons par contre apprécié les conseils et prestations proposés par la personne à l'accueil, qui s'est chargé de nous réserver une voiture pour notre séjour. Et lorsque nous l'avons rendue, nous apprécions beaucoup le fait d'avoir pu laisser nos bagages dans l'hôtel, alors que nous n'y résidions plus. Pour cela, nous recommandons vivement le Alley City Hôtel."

"Un petit hôtel charmant, idéalement situé à proximité de la place principale. Personnel sympathique et professionnel. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été simples et efficaces, et un verre de bienvenue nous a été offert après avoir défait nos bagages. Notre chambre était petite mais parfaite. Literie de qualité, oreillers moelleux et serviettes de toilette magnifiques. Au départ, il n'y avait pas de sèche-cheveux, mais cela a été réglé dès que je l'ai signalé à la réception. Des bouilloires pour les chambres sont arrivées pendant notre séjour et nous en avons reçu une rapidement. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec une confiture maison délicieuse. Le balcon donnant sur la rue et la place était un atout supplémentaire. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter."
