Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort

Had a lovely holiday at Atlantica Eleon, what a beautiful stay with my partner & daughter (11 yrs). The staff are AMAZING, such hard-working lovely kind people - working really long days in the heat yet always greeted you with a smile on their face . So accommodating & helpful too. People who have left negative reviews are nit picking, it’s a lovely hotel with lovely views overlooking the sea. We had a warm welcome on reception plus they had left food aside for us as we arrived about 11pm & they thought we’d be hungry (which we were). This was a lovely gesture. The Italian restaurant in the hotel (beside the pool) was outstanding, such a beautiful meal & a treat / change from buffet- recommend (you get 1 meal included in your stay) beautiful atmosphere & food. Friendly & professional staff. Beautiful vibe Lola (I think ?) Albanian staff member, was so lovely and bought my daughter a gift just before we left (for helping her pick some litter on the beach), was such a lovely surprise- she’s been showing off her purse to family since coming home. Just shows what the staff in this hotel are like! Above and beyond. Our daughter particularly liked Joe, Will and Chelsea in entertainment team .. and we loved Joe on the bar plus several staff members (sorry we didn’t get everyone’s names). The only downside is hotel is slightly out of the way, but also only €10 for a taxi to the nearest town where there are heaps of eateries, pubs and shops. But you could easily spend the week at the hotel if you’re not a fussy eater. FOOD: Pretty decent but same as every all inclusive it can become a bit samey. I’m Vegan and managed. I’m not a big breakfast person, had toast & jam + fruit, lunch I had a lot of salady stuff, pasta, rice , olives, chips etc.. and dinner much & such - but they always had veggie sometimes vegan options- there was heaps of salad, lentils, vegetables etc. pasta, chips. And a theme every night - we were sad as left on the day of oriental night so didn’t get to try that .. but the noodles etc looked tasty. You will get by as vegan but we did end up going for a Chinese in the next town 1 night.. and 1 night in the Italian restaurant which was as I said above a nice treat. I think 2 weeks as vegan might be a bit samey DRINK: You get what you pay for. This hotel was a pretty good deal/price so can’t expect everything to be high end. Beer was fine but tasted low percentage/maybe watered down- nice enough though . Wine was fine, Prosecco was the nicest drink of all, not to be fussy but cocktails were pretty samey and very sweet/syruppy. The drinks were flowing though and it was a lovely touch that they came by the poolside (top pool) taking drinks orders. There was also the option of paying for better quality drinks (I think) SNACK BAR: Great if you don’t want to get dressed to go inside for lunch. Good if you eat meat - hot dogs, chicken, chips, baguettes.. veggie -they had a veggie burger or salad sandwich… or just chips if

This resort is delivering the best for their guests. The food was really good as well the drinks. The service was fantastic and a big thank you to the Ukrainian crew Lena, Viktoria, Alexij and Ilija for their outstanding service! SLAVA UKRAINI!

Just returned from a 5 day break here and like so many others have said, this a fabulous hotel which is certainly worth it's 4 plus* rating. The hotel is about a 25 minute transfer in a taxi from the airport and sits in a secluded Olive grove with its own beautiful beach overlooking crystal blue sea. Stunning location! The food is varied and very tasty and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. There is a choice between three pools, two larger pools and a smaller jacuzzi pool. There is also a splash park which was great fun and all the pool areas have a lifeguard onsite from 10 am - 6 pm. Our room and the hotel in general was spotlessly clean. We were in room 420 which is right behind the entrainment stage, so although it was a little noisy, we were out enjoying the entertainment or over at the the main terrace so didn't find it and issue. Perhaps avoid If your go to bed early?! If you get the chance, I would highly recommend the Michael Jackson experience, its certainly entertaining and the show is run by the entertainment team. The chap impersonating Michael Jackson has got a mean moonwalk! We have been lucky enough to stay at two 5* resorts. I would confidently say this hotel was certainly as good as one (in Sicily )and better than another, the grand palladium resort in Ibiza. Great hotel, we would highly recommend. There's a big world to see but we may well return!!

This was the first family hotel we have been to for a while, we usually opt for Adults only, however in Zante they are far and few between. The reviews and location looked good so gave it a go. On arrival we were sceptical as the noise of music and around the pool were deafening, but we had some lunch and headed to the olive grove for a rest after our early start we had a lovely meal and in the ending the pool by the bar was perfect. There is an area called the village just a two min walk other side of reception where they hold the main entertainment and kids disco, because of this the main bar in the evening mainly consisted of adults so perfect for us. On day two we headed back to the olive grove to left hand side and sat on The grassy area overlooking the sea, again this felt like adults only and noise from main pool was hardly heard. Food was brilliant especially the two a la carte, just make sure you don’t have a big lunch the portions were huge, very tasty and beautifully presented. All the staff as everyone comments are amazing, remember your drinks and like a little chat. We definitely will return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. There was a big variety of food and everything we tried was really tasty. We also dined at the Italian and Greek restaurants—both were delicious! A special shoutout to Lena and Victoria at the main bar—they were amazing! They quickly remembered our favorite drinks and always made sure we were taken care of. So kind and professional. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

We had a great week here! Every single member of staff was so friendly. We loved the food- the buffet was brilliant so much choice and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the Al a cartes, however in my opinion the Greek is not so good for young kids unless they are very good eaters, and we did have one dish that we didn’t enjoy- the only one of the entire holiday (prawn sagnaki- were not fussy at all and neither of us could eat this) Pools were lovely- the jacuzzi and waterfall pools were very refreshing (on the cooler side), main pool was lovely and warm , lifeguard very attentive, really fun water slides for all ages. My daughter really enjoyed kids club- big thanks to Emma and Mapito! Entertainment team work really hard all day- as do all the other staff. Our room (family) was really spacious and clean- as was the whole hotel. Only suggestion for improvements would be additional toilets- closer to restaurant would be good, as well as down near the snack bar as they’re a little walk, especially from the water slides with young kids! Would absolutely return to this hotel!
