Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort

Had a lovely holiday at Atlantica Eleon, what a beautiful stay with my partner & daughter (11 yrs). The staff are AMAZING, such hard-working lovely kind people - working really long days in the heat yet always greeted you with a smile on their face . So accommodating & helpful too. People who have left negative reviews are nit picking, it’s a lovely hotel with lovely views overlooking the sea. We had a warm welcome on reception plus they had left food aside for us as we arrived about 11pm & they thought we’d be hungry (which we were). This was a lovely gesture. The Italian restaurant in the hotel (beside the pool) was outstanding, such a beautiful meal & a treat / change from buffet- recommend (you get 1 meal included in your stay) beautiful atmosphere & food. Friendly & professional staff. Beautiful vibe Lola (I think ?) Albanian staff member, was so lovely and bought my daughter a gift just before we left (for helping her pick some litter on the beach), was such a lovely surprise- she’s been showing off her purse to family since coming home. Just shows what the staff in this hotel are like! Above and beyond. Our daughter particularly liked Joe, Will and Chelsea in entertainment team .. and we loved Joe on the bar plus several staff members (sorry we didn’t get everyone’s names). The only downside is hotel is slightly out of the way, but also only €10 for a taxi to the nearest town where there are heaps of eateries, pubs and shops. But you could easily spend the week at the hotel if you’re not a fussy eater. FOOD: Pretty decent but same as every all inclusive it can become a bit samey. I’m Vegan and managed. I’m not a big breakfast person, had toast & jam + fruit, lunch I had a lot of salady stuff, pasta, rice , olives, chips etc.. and dinner much & such - but they always had veggie sometimes vegan options- there was heaps of salad, lentils, vegetables etc. pasta, chips. And a theme every night - we were sad as left on the day of oriental night so didn’t get to try that .. but the noodles etc looked tasty. You will get by as vegan but we did end up going for a Chinese in the next town 1 night.. and 1 night in the Italian restaurant which was as I said above a nice treat. I think 2 weeks as vegan might be a bit samey DRINK: You get what you pay for. This hotel was a pretty good deal/price so can’t expect everything to be high end. Beer was fine but tasted low percentage/maybe watered down- nice enough though . Wine was fine, Prosecco was the nicest drink of all, not to be fussy but cocktails were pretty samey and very sweet/syruppy. The drinks were flowing though and it was a lovely touch that they came by the poolside (top pool) taking drinks orders. There was also the option of paying for better quality drinks (I think) SNACK BAR: Great if you don’t want to get dressed to go inside for lunch. Good if you eat meat - hot dogs, chicken, chips, baguettes.. veggie -they had a veggie burger or salad sandwich… or just chips if

I spent 10 days in Zakynthos and found myself returning to this hotel not once, but six times — simply because it offered exactly what I was looking for: peace, beauty, and truly genuine hospitality. The food was consistently excellent — clearly curated with attention and love by the chef, offering both comfort and sophistication. It never felt like just a meal; it felt like part of the experience. The setting itself is a dream: breathtaking views and an atmosphere that seems to radiate calm from every corner. Most of my time was spent reading peacefully by the restaurant, where I felt completely at home. The team working there are some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever encountered — always smiling, always kind, and truly attentive in a way that felt sincere. Their energy was so uplifting, I found myself wanting to know more about them as people — a rare feeling when visiting a place. The hotel’s managers, also, stood out, striking that rare balance between professionalism and genuine friendliness. You could sense the care that went into every detail, from leadership all the way to service. To everyone who welcomed me with such care and grace: thank you, truly. Your warmth stayed with me long after I left. And something tells me..I’ll be back again soon.

Just back from a brilliant holiday at the Atlantica Ellen Grand Resort. The food was excellent- so much to choose from and it was all delicious. The waiters are all very friendly and accommodating. It was a struggle to sit together as a family of 10 which was the only downside. The entertainment team were fab- Aya, emma and Marion were so good with our 4 and 7 year old. The hotel was spotless and has amazing views looking out at sea. Overall a lovely hotel - we would definitely return

This hotel was absolutely brilliant, it was clean professional and catered for our every need . We were a big party attending a family wedding at a nearby location, our party consisted of 17 adults and 7 children arriving and leaving at different times and the hotel were magnificent in handling this . All the staff were so friendly and professional, but in addition Lola Domi coordinated everything for us, in the restaurant Nicos and Bianca were brilliant , outside drinks waitress Lena was superb and complemented the awesome voice of the singer Simone that we listened to every evening and during the day . This hotel has everything waterslides for the children and adults! Sea swimming , 3 different pools great entertainment for everyone especially kids disco . Highly recommend this hotel Thankyou Atlantica we will be back

Extremely disappointing hotel. This is not a 5 star place in any shape or form. Food is the worst we’ve ever tried in any hotel in Greece, choice is really poor, hardly anything there. Everything is very run down and old. The gardens are very neglected, they can’t even be bothered to cut the grass. Rooms feel very old, in need of a serious refurb. shower by the pool and beach does not work at all, sun loungers are falling apart with holes in them, toilet by the pool is so dirty with floors constantly flooded. Literally everything here needs a lot of work to bring it to even a basic standard. We’ve been to Greece many times and in comparison to other places this is more like a 1 or 2 star hotel. Alcohol is another problem here, only the cheap Greek stuff which tastes super bad. We’ve spent over £3k on this holiday and this place is not worth even half that price. I would avoid this place and definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Lola made our family holiday such a wonderful and memorable experience, especially for our little boy who grew a close bond with her and misses her a lot. The quality and variety of the food was fantastic—plenty of delicious options each night to suit all tastes. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. When the lift stopped working, we were offered an upgrade to a family room with a private pool, which was greatly appreciated. The family rooms are a few minute walk from the main hotel but we didn’t mind. On occasions the buggy would pick up our little boy while passing which he thoroughly enjoyed. Every single staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. The service was consistently excellent, and we felt looked after throughout our stay. The drink service by the pool was very handy, especially with two young children. Sun beds around the baby pool were limited so on the days we planned to stay at the hotel, we had to get up earlier but it wasn’t an issue. The pools were cold but after a few minutes you get used to it. We would definitely return to this hotel again in the future. Huge thanks again to Lola for making our holiday so special.
