A fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath. This home comes outfitted with one King and two twin beds. We are happy to set up the two twin beds as one bed with a full 2 days notice. This community is conveniently located in the Courthouse neighborhood, just one block from the Courthouse metro station and on the edge of the Clarendon neighborhood. Great restaurants, shopping and a weekly farmer's market are just a few of the amenities this neighborhood has to offer. We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as studio apartments. Our newly modernized furnished units are designed specifically for the traveler who wants the comfort of home while visiting the DC metro area. The local design experts assisted in the choice of furniture, fixtures, household goods, colors, and artwork. With amenity packages that are truly industry leading, you can make yourself feel at home in both our furnished and unfurnished units. Enjoy a workout in our commercial-grade fitness center, make use of our basketball and racquetball courts or take a dip in our indoor and outdoor pools, Because Where You Live Matters. Please note furnishing may be slightly different from unit to unit. This apartment has a balcony which is under construction, therefore, there will be no access to the balcony for this apartment. We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking: 1) Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in. 2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund. For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ... * Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet. * Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads * Dental Floss * Q-tips/Cotton Balls * Diapers * Pills * Paper Towels/Tissues *Coffee grounds 3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings. 4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. 5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity. 6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice. 7) Bike storage lockers are available for a minimum of $10 per 30 days. 8) This apartment has a balcony which is under construction, therefore, there will be no access to the balcony for this apartment. House Rules & Guest Responsibilities We kindly ask that you review and confirm acceptance of the following House Rules on behalf of yourself and all guests in your party. These standards help us protect our homes, respect our neighbors, and ensure every guest has a serene Sojourn experience. Violation of these rules could result in a termination of your reservation without refund. No Smoking To keep things fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is not allowed inside the home or within 50 feet of the building—including outdoor spaces. If smoke is reported or detected, we may need to end your stay, apply a $500 cleaning fee, and report the issue to the booking platform. We hope you understand—it’s all about keeping the space pleasant for everyone. Parties or Events Quiet Enjoyment We love a good time—but we also love our peace and quiet! Parties and events aren’t allowed, and all of our homes have decibel readers that help us monitor for loud noise (don’t worry—they don’t record anything). If we receive a report about excessive noise or gatherings, a team member may check in, and your reservation could be canceled without refund. Thanks for helping us keep things serene for our neighbors and other guests! Security Notice All Sojourn properties are equipped with exterior security cameras, including coverage of entryways and common areas that are recording at all times. These are used for guest safety, property protection, and in some cases to ensure compliance with local city regulations. There are no interior cameras inside any of our homes. Plumbing Etiquette — What Not to Flush or Dispose Please only flush toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or anything else. And avoid putting grease or non-food items down the drain or garbage disposal. Plumbing repairs can be expensive, and we’d hate to have to pass that cost along to you! Linens & Care At Sojourn, we provide luxury linens of the highest quality for your comfort. We kindly ask that you help us care for them by following these guidelines. Do not use towels or bedding for cleaning, makeup removal, hair dye or any other activities that could permanently stain the linens. If linens are found to be permanently stained or damaged, we will request reimbursement for the cost of replacement. No Fireworks For your safety and to comply with local regulations, fireworks—including sparklers—are strictly prohibited at all Sojourn properties.No Pets Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet, please reach out to us—many of our other homes warmly welcome furry friends. Thank you for helping us maintain the quality and comfort of every Sojourn stay.
