Plus University of Texas at Arlington is near by. Added bonus is the character of this 1950’s remodeled home in Old Town Arlington.
**Included at the house is a Universal Tesla EV Charger**
Step inside to Daydreams on Elm Street and enjoy 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms and an upgraded kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone with a 2nd living rooms that includes an 85 inch tv in one and a 75 inch TV in the other. A well appointed deck with both a Traeger Grill and a propane gas grill. We recently added a fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment.
