We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard. - NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS - We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you. - NO INDOOR SMOKING - Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS - - PEST CONTROL - This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
