A completely relaxing stay. We arrived at the hotel with our car on the back of a breakdown truck after a long drive. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful unloading our luggage and helping us to the room. Unfortunately for us my wife broke her wrist during our stay and once again the hotel staff were exceptional with their support throughout our stay by looking out for her whilst I was working and also with help during conversation with medical staff on the phone. Really cant praise them enough. The hotel is very clean, restaurant food for breakfast and evening meal really nice and reasonably priced.

Just returned from a family holiday at Lago Maggiore. Was with a Maltese group. The Hotel is ideal, centrally located, easy to reach, being adjacent to a train station and the rooms are spacious. We had a corner room wherein we were with our kids. We had a separate room from the kids. Well light by natural sunshine, which we experienced during our stay. The rooms were kept clean and regular change if towels. The building needs an uplift, however still well kept. We had a half board package. The food was exquisite and abundant. We had 3 course meal daily, with water supply during the meal, at request. The staff are polite and their hospitality is abundant.

Deux petites nuits dans cet hôtel sympathique au bord du lac Majeur. Malgré les commentaires pas toujours au top , je n ai rien à redire. Oui effectivement, l hôtel date et il y a à faire, c est sûr. Mais un peu d indulgence, s il vous plait. Les patrons et le personnel sont tres accueillants, très serviables. Les petits dej sympas. La terrasse abritée permet un petit café ou un petit digestif le soir après un bon repas dans un restaurant aux alentours. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec notre petit teckel par une dame ( la patronne peut-être) qui parle parfaitement français. Heureusement, car nous ne parlons pas l Italien. Arona et les villes voisines nous ont beaucoup plu et nous reviendrons sûrement… et dans le même hôtel .

Deux petites nuits dans cet hôtel sympathique au bord du lac Majeur. Malgré les commentaires pas toujours au top , je n ai rien à redire. Oui effectivement, l hôtel date et il y a à faire, c est sûr. Mais un peu d indulgence, s il vous plait. Les patrons et le personnel sont tres accueillants, très serviables. Les petits dej sympas. La terrasse abritée permet un petit café ou un petit digestif le soir après un bon repas dans un restaurant aux alentours. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec notre petit teckel par une dame ( la patronne peut-être) qui parle parfaitement français. Heureusement, car nous ne parlons pas l Italien. Arona et les villes voisines nous ont beaucoup plu et nous reviendrons sûrement… et dans le même hôtel .

A completely relaxing stay. We arrived at the hotel with our car on the back of a breakdown truck after a long drive. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful unloading our luggage and helping us to the room. Unfortunately for us my wife broke her wrist during our stay and once again the hotel staff were exceptional with their support throughout our stay by looking out for her whilst I was working and also with help during conversation with medical staff on the phone. Really cant praise them enough. The hotel is very clean, restaurant food for breakfast and evening meal really nice and reasonably priced.

Just returned from a family holiday at Lago Maggiore. Was with a Maltese group. The Hotel is ideal, centrally located, easy to reach, being adjacent to a train station and the rooms are spacious. We had a corner room wherein we were with our kids. We had a separate room from the kids. Well light by natural sunshine, which we experienced during our stay. The rooms were kept clean and regular change if towels. The building needs an uplift, however still well kept. We had a half board package. The food was exquisite and abundant. We had 3 course meal daily, with water supply during the meal, at request. The staff are polite and their hospitality is abundant.
