Everything about the stay was good. The hotel was in a calm surrounding. The hotel vibe was always energetic. Check in and check out process was easy and quick. The room was nice and cozy. It had all essential amenities. Had a sound sleep. Breakfast was good. Special shout out to Blue and Graham for their exceptionally warm hospitality. Blue helped me with late check out process and informed about various facilities including their app with rewards points system. I’ve decided to stay at Village hotel whenever I visit the place in future.

A well-located, clean hotel with very attentive staff. Easy check-in options at the front desk. I travel for business a lot and I’m always pleased to have an iron and ironing board in the room, hair dryer, tea and coffee also provided. Room service at an extra cost if only £3 also available. I had a small issue on arrival with the air-con, staff sorted it right away before I returned to my room. I would come back and would recommend

Tom, Lucy, Alicia and Scarlett were amazing! They provided lovely and friendly service throughout the night. Nothing was too much to ask and made our company event a great success. Please don’t let these stars go, they are your future managers.

Room only cleaned once throughout our stay and dirty towels were never removed sheets never changed and considering we put our sign out saying please clean room it’s not good, it seemed they only emptied the bin and replaced the coffee sachets. The check in system is very strange I felt like I was in an internet cafe and the lady standing there was very unfriendly. Also for such a big hotel why only one lift ? I understand there is a gym and bar on site but at the weekends it seems very much young lads on the p**s walking around which I found very strange considering the hotel is on a office industrial estate. The room service food was ok but the menu never had what was being advertised. Also for the price your paying the tvs should at least have smart tv options as all was on offer was digital tv felt like 2002. Also the tea coffee options was poor with no decaf an old kettle and no biscuits. The shower was good but the picture advertised showed a bath aswell, think marketing need to up their game with up to date promotion

The hotel was conveniently situated for a family funeral. It was clean and comfortable. It’s a very busy noisy hotel especial in the Bar/Grill. My brother and his wife also staying , we’re woke up at a rediculous hour by a very load spin class

Check in was easy, room was clean and nice wish it had a fridge & you could connect your devises to TV for Netflix ect. Pool was brilliant!
