The rooms were very nice. its a cozy cabin on the grounds of the resort. The resort itself is situated beautifully in the Hills near Arzachena. You can also do a nice 7km round hike via quiet roads around the hotel that take you to the archalogical sites. The rooms as mentioned are good, decent shower and bathroom with ample space. Beds are decent too and airconditioning is fine as well. the room had a nice patio with outdoor seating and you can move your seats easily to sit in the sun or enjoy the lawn. Breakfast is decent. i found the (brown) bread a bit stale/old. items such as croissants and eggs were gone by the time we arrived (9am) and not replaced. The sweet items at the breakfast were pretty good but personally prefer a bit more options in the savoury section. Incredibly disappointing was the fact that the gym costs 15 euros for 2 hours, which is absolutely ridiculous. when you pick a 4 star resort this should be included. ive stayed far and wide and never had to pay for hotel gyms. i understand these things arent free to operate and need cleaning etc too but the price is simply too high. Also bring your own pool towels, unless you want to pay 1.50 euro for each towel change (the three other 3 and 4 star hotels we stayed provided them free of charge). Maybe bring a mattress too because the poolbeds are worn down and sagged. Pool umbrellas were also mostly broken. We ordered salads at the bar and had to wait more than 30 minutes to be served as apparently there is only 1 person stationed in the bar who need to take care of drinks and the food We also had a la carte dinner in the hotel restaurant. it wasnt great either, if you have a car, Arzachena has ample eateries with friendly prices
