На ресепшн относятся так, будто я бесплатно пожить очень слезно попросилась. Никто не улыбается, никто не рад видеть. Заселение в 3, мы приехали в 4. Нам дали от номера карточки, я спросила красивый ли вид. На что сотрудник ответила: нормальный. А мне нормальный не нужен. Мы приехали на день рождения мужа. Я заранее звонила и просила определенный вид, говорила, что праздник. Меня уверили, что будет красивый вид и сладкий комплимент. Естественно не было никаких комплиментов, даже устно с днем рождения никто не поздравил. Номер с видом нам пришлось ждать еще час. У нас был оплачен представительский номер. Мы сказали, что пойдем подождать этот час в представительский лаундж. Ключ нам пока не дали, но сотрудник сказала, что позвонит и предупредит, чтобы нам открыли. Мы подняли, стояли под дверью 10 минут, никто не открыл. Я звонила на ресепшн, мне пообещали еще раз передать. Нам все равно никто не открыл, пришлось спускаться. С нами поднялся сотрудник. Оказалось, что его карта не работает. В итоге 30 минут нас гоняли туда сюда и только после этого открыли. Представительский лаундж смех. Никаких закусок там нет. Лежат несколько фруктов, стоит гора воды и поменьше сока. Только после того, как мы просидели минут 10 вынеси 2 бутылки вина уже начатые и пиво в холодильник. Вопрос зачем их вообще прячут? В чем тогда смысл этого лаунджа. В 5 часов нас заселили. В номере не было ни одного халата, полотенца на одного и отсутствие зубных щеток. Я позвонила на ресепшн, мне пообещали принести. Прошло 30 минут, я снова позвонила. Мне снова пообещали. В итоге 40 минут мы ждали. Потом мы пошли гулять и я решила погладить чуть помятую в чемодане рубашку. Вот не знала я, что такой утюг может быть в номере пятизвездочного отеля, а не на помойке. Начала гладить с воротника и сразу испортила. Смотрю, а утюг то в жутком состоянии. В номере много что уже уставшее и требует ремонта. В общем испортили нам праздник в этом отеле своим ужасным обслуживанием.

Mon collègue ne fermait pas la fenêtre, depuis la première fois qu'ils ne pouvaient pas fermer et qu'ils voulaient déjà offrir une autre chambre, mais la fenêtre était fermée miraculeux))))) Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était spacieuse, Mais nous étions à la température de la rue - 20-30C dans la chambre était terriblement froide, les batteries n'ont pas fonctionné. Dans la salle de bain, il n'y a pas de joint mais seulement de verre sur la moitié, pas convenable, beaucoup de laine tombe sur le sol, il n'y a pas de séchoir, c'est un échec simple! Le petit déjeuner est très rare, il ne fond que peu sur la plaque, apporte peu de nourriture.
