I originally booked this hotel on agoda, however as the reception told us that they cant find our booking as we reached them, and she told us that agoda made a mistake on the address of the hotel I booked (which is their sister hotel, on Hobson St) under their address! At last we made a new booking to stay here with trip.com, as the condition of the other Hotel Grand Chancellor was HORRIBLY OLD! Hope the hotel management will fix this issue with agoda ASAP!! Otherwise, this new Chancellor hotel is perfect!

Had a great night's stay at this hotel. I loved our room and the pool. Room was not quite perfect, but perfect for us. I would happily stay here again. The lovely lady on the reception desk did a great job and was incredibly helpful.
