There's also a fantastic hiking trail with a gorgeous overlook just a few doors down from the house. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.Tips for a Happy Hot Tub- Be sure to unclip the hot tub cover before removing it.- Please do not put anything besides people in the hot tub (like mulch or toys).- If the water level doesn’t cover the jets, you can use the hose to add water. Please disconnect the hose when done, especially in cold weather when it could freeze.- Always put the cover on the hot tub when not in use - this keeps the hot tub warm & filled with water. Using the plastic clips helps keep it from blowing off.- For safety reasons, please don’t add chemicals to the hot tub yourself. If the water looks murky or has a smell, let us know, and we'll have our hot tub expert come by to treat it.- Do not drain the hot tub.- There's no need to turn off the hot tub. Down the mountain in the towns of Nellysford and Afton you will find groceries, restaurants, breweries, cideries, wineries, and more hiking. Come stay at Foxem' Falls to escape the every day life and enjoy peace and serenity!The spaceYou will have access to the entire home. The main level has the kitchen and dining space as well as the den/family room with games for all to enjoy as well as a tv. There is a private queen bedroom downstairs as well as another private room with a bunk (full on bottom, twin on top). A full bath is shared by everyone downstairs. Up the first stairs is a cubby space that can be accessed by a ladder for the young ones in the group (not suitable for toddlers). Up the rest of the stairs you will find a loft space with a twin bed and a twin trundle. This space also has a desk and chair for remote work. Next to the lofted space is the master bedroom. It has a queen bed, full bath shared by all upstairs, and a balcony.This home belongs to a family who loves it and the beautiful surroundings; we greatly appreciate you taking care of it during your stay. We are aware that some of the carpets are not in perfect condition and that the sliding doors stick a little.
