The hotel is very neat and well maintained. Our stay at Green Olive was peaceful and pleasant. The staff is kind and helpful. The food was excellent. It had a very nice taste. The room was spacious and full of various facilities. I liked to stay in this hotel and will surely come again! Thank you

Disappointing Experience at The Fern Aurangabad Despite being a good property, our stay was marred by poor management. The ground staff were courteous and attentive, but the managerial staff seemed indifferent. Issues Encountered: 1.⁠ ⁠Broken glass bottles were provided to customers (see attached photo), and management justified this. 2. Musty smell in rooms was irritating. 3. Multiple calls were required to get a cup of tea in the morning, with delays blamed on Thai guests. 4. For corporate events, dignitaries were not offered sofas, despite requests. 5. Sapphire Hall toilets were unclean and stinking. 6. Unhygienic dustbins were present at the dining area (see photo). 7. Banquet hall AC was not cooling properly. 8. Food section is too small and creates long queue and it’s like having food inside the Mumbai locals. 9. Chairs are put in banquet hall dining areas which occupies 20% of the space. Management doesn’t listen to remove them to create space. Poor Management: General Manager was unavailable, and Mr. Shashank and Mr. Hemant were uncooperative. Junior staff (Ms. Anjali Phatak) from the corporate office was involved in sending an unpleasant email without understanding the challenges we were facing. Corporate office support was withdrawn instead of addressing concerns. Conclusion: Horrible experience! We will not stay here again if the hotel management doesn’t act on it. Please investigate and arrange for atleast an apology email from Ms Anjali

Le bâtiment est magnifique, la piscine splendide, mais les chambres sont décevantes à moins d’être surclassé. J’espère que les chambres seront rénovés rapidement, dans ce cas cet hôtel serait très bien. Les repas sont bons, le personnel est sympathique

Home-cooked food is the real attraction of 7 Apple Hotel Aurangabad. It's a stay to remember. Every department, be it the front office, kitchen, IT, and maintenance, was excellent. Quazi from IT provided complete support, and Arbaaz Sir from the front office made the arrangements seamless. location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

J'ai réservé l'hôtel Vits Aurangabad à partir du 1er Déc 22 – 3rd Déc 22 ***** avec mon collègue M. Mohammad Irfan sur la base de la partage de Twins depuis Make My Trip portail. Je mentionne toute la chaîne d'événements qui m'ont eu lieu pendant mon séjour pour votre action et attention. J'avais réservé la chambre sur base de partage avec des lits de deux personnes qui peuvent être vues comme partie du bon de réservation qui a été joint comme partie de l'e-mail, après avoir vérifié l'hôtel nous avons été donnés un lit de taille roi qui n'était jamais notre exigence. Nous avons été assistés par M. Biswa, qui était le fonctionnaire *** lors de notre vérification en cours. Après plusieurs conversations lors du check-in, nous avons été co-****satisés avec un dîner complimentaire pour 2 pax avec l'assurance que le 2e jour de notre séjour nous serions transférés à la chambre avec lit double pendant notre séjour mais tout en vain. Aujourd'hui( 2ème Déc) nous avons reçu un appel à 15:44 de +919673332221 qui est allé sans attendre, puisque j'étais occupé à la réunion et nous avons été répétés à 15:52, pendant la conversation nous avons été mis à jour que nous serions déménagés à une autre chambre et nos biens seraient déménagés. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très difficile de se rendre à l'hôtel. C'est ce que l'hôte devrait attendre en restant dans une propriété si lave et en ayant une chaîne dans les villes ***y prominentes. L'épisode suivant est vraiment déshonorant - La personne concernée à la réception a connecté mon appel à M. Biswa et il a commencé à crier et à crier au téléphone, qui peut être témoin dans la CCTV aussi à 23:35 (AAP KO KITNE BAR CALL KIYA But CALL KYU NAHI UTAHAYA) , c'est la façon de parler. Je demande que des mesures fortes soient prises et que la personne concernée soit rejetée pour ce acte, afin que des incidents similaires ne se produisent pas avec d'autres clients.  

Booked through Agoda site. Price was very decent. Extended our stay for one more day as the room was very comfortable, staff cordial, and location ideal for trip to surrounding areas. ***agement very friendly rooms were cleaned daily, with running hot and cold water. Restaurant in front ***aged by Mr Praveen served vegetarian meals. Breakfast was good and tasty. He helped us plan our trips. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
