The hotel has an excellent location for shopping, eating, and the train station. We had our luggage forwarded to this location as we walked the Camino, and it was there waiting for us when we arrived. Easy, courteous checkin. There is a one-person/luggage elevator available. My room on the first floor had high-ceilings, lots of sunlight, and a wonderful view. The bathroom was spacious, mixing old with new. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet. Breakfast is an efficient and adequate buffet served in a room downstairs. Coffee machines, toasters, meat and cheeses, fruits, yogurts, cereals, etc. All buffet - nothing cooked to order, ie no eggs, etc. It worked for us. I must add that we had a couple of injuries in our 8-person group, due to walking the coastal Portuguese Camino. The staff were very helpful answering questions about medical attention, calling cabs, referring pharmacies.

The owner was rude and not helpful at all. The place is dirty, especially the patio with spider webs, dead bugs and bird crap in every table and chair. They don’t update their pages at all. The pictures are outdated, the reservations are’t updated often enough, there’s actual digits missing from their contact information on the door, the tv is has the grainiest image i’ve ever seen, there’s only 2 available power outlets in the whole room( and only 1 close to thr bed), no trash bin, and many other basic problems. We reserved a room with a bathtub, upon arrival we saw there was no tub at all so we asked to change rooms. They did, into a room with a broken ac unit which they didn’t intend to fix. Both rooms had 0 isolation both from light and noise. Woke up multiple times during the night hearing loud noises from the street and the storage up above. If you turn your tv on or have any conversation in your room, the whole hallway hears it. If the tv wasn’t on, I could hear every conversation being had by the guests in the adjacent rooms and the room across the hall. From 7am onwards, there was no way to sleep due to brightness (as seen in the attached photo). The place actually has 3 amazing rooms, but that’s it. 3/17. Every other room looks simillar to the ones we’ve had issues with or even worse. Really don’t advise anyone to stay here unless you want to know exactly which rooms to look for. If you get one of those three, you’ll enjoy your stay. If you don’t get one of those, then good luck.

Avieiro est une belle ville - l'accès aux principales attractions était facile à partir de l'hôtel. La chambre était confortable et propre. Personnel utile avec bagage. Petit déjeuner était excellent. Recommandez-le.

Grand endroit pour rester, juste au centre-ville, près de la plage. Clean, light, new rooms fully equipped. Very friendly, supporting staff. Reasonable Prince, good breakfest. Un bon endroit pour rester pour les vacances ou les week-ends, la seule chose qui est bruyant d'autres chambres écoutables.

Bonne localisation et près des événements charmants du festival, la vue est agréable, un fonctionnaire nous a salués chaleureusement le jour de l'arrivée et a fourni des informations et des recommandations utiles, bon parking, Mais la chambre doit être améliorée, il y avait un odeur terrible de mouf, probablement parce que les fenêtres de la salle étaient ouvertes quand on est arrivés. Le lit mauvais, nous nous réveillons avec douleur dans les dos, petit-déjeuner de base, peu de maintenance, il faut changer de cortines et gérer le flux d'eau dans la salle de bain. Un prix très élevé, beaucoup plus que nous dépensons dans de bons endroits, peut-être à cause du festival ou d'un week-end, mais en général, nous n'aimons pas le séjour parce que la chambre n'a pas répondu aux attentes de base

L'attention du personnel est assez satisfaisante. L'hôtel est nouveau et les installations sont bien soignées et propres. Cependant, les images du SPA sont trop généreuses pour la réalité. Le fait d'avoir le SPA dans un bâtiment à côté, avec accès à l'air libre par une rampe ou des escaliers à environ 50 mètres de l'immeuble principal, rend inconfortable son utilisation en temps de pluie ou de froid. Une piscine raffinée pour un hôtel de cette taille mérite une révision de la proposition. Avec l'hôtel en loterie, l'utilisation des installations du SPA est même une déception. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité et varie en offre de vivres.
