The pool can be heated on demand (at a cost). There are 2 large terraces with a large barbecue and parking for 5 cars. Pets are welcome, maximum 2 medium-sized (on prior request, at a cost). The villa is sunny from morning until evening.!!! 10 minutes drive from the Moorish village of Comares and 5 minutes from the restaurants of Los Ventorros. Torre del Mar beach is a 35-minute drive away, Malaga is a 45-minute drive away. Pool heating is available from April 1 to November 15 for an extra charge of 190 euros per week (must be requested at least 1 week before arrival). A deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival by credit card (in the event of damage to the house), refundable 7 days after your departure. Pets are accepted subject to acceptance, at a cost of €50 per animal. Cost of air conditioning: 30 euros per week is in place for your arrival, after that you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature set. Please note that air conditioning is only available in rooms. For long-term rentals (more than 28 days), you pay electricity at €0.35/kw.
