Place is spotless plenty of little unexpected extras , the breakfast was absolutely lovely presentation of the place is outstanding. The hosts hospitality was the icing on the cake. The place is next to the river and in the countryside with spectacular views and good walks

Thee most beautiful house, gardens and surrounding area in Auchincruive. Our room was large with tiled floors, waterbed and sofa area. It had large wardrobes, slippers gowns fridge and a complimentary tray containing tea, coffee, tunnocks, water and bottle of prosecco. We were gifted toiletries of amazing quality,so thoughtful. The bathroom had a spa bath. We had our own patio, garden area and hot tub. Beautiful well maintained garden area with 3 seating areas. Breakfast is served in the most luxurious kitchen area. Cooked fresh to your specification and presented professionally. The seating area to eat is outstanding. Now to Annie, the host. Her welcoming,warm and professional manner is what makes the stay the intimate, individual experience. Her attention to detail is excellent, she has thought of everything to make your stay the retreat experience. She caters to your every whim. She is a special lady. Overall an outstanding stay.

Annie was the best host! Made us feel very welcome and is such a genuinely lovely lady! Room was spotless with lovely decor and supplied with everything you could possibly need. Hot Tub was fab and breakfast was really lovely. Scenery from the house was beautiful and we had our own terrace with table chairs and parasol. Perfect place to chill out and have a relaxing break. Highly recommend 👌

Wow! An absolute hidden gem, a home from home. Hosts are great, friendly and cannot help you enough. Breakfast is fab, it genuinely feels like your home! Rooms are lovely we’ve stayed in 2 of them now, and can’t recommend it enough! Both rooms have had waterbeds which were nice surprises! But honestly you won’t feel more at home when being on holiday. 10/10

Booked for one night to attend a near by wedding , Annie is the perfect host, friendly , informative, and had us a taxi booked and waiting within the 10mins of arriving due to us arriving later than expected, the room was perfect and had the best nights sleep on the waterbed , which was a wonderful surprise , came home to look at purchasing one for the house now lol, the highest standard of furnishings and finishing touches and dont even know to begin in relation to the fabulous, tastiest breakfast , nothing was too much trouble and the lovely open kitchen had the perfect ambience for one of the nicest breakfasts we have , I only wish we could have stayed longer , but we will definitely be back Annie , oh and good luck with the trike purchase 😉😉😜 Best wishes Gordon and Lorna Smith

This is a 5 star plus experience, it is truly amazing. What can I say Annie is the most amazing host, she goes out her way to help and assist with any of your needs, I did feel like I was part of the family. I will definitely recommend this accommodation simply fabulous. The accommodation has a water bed! Had my doubts but it was amazing had a great sleep. The whole accommodation oozes luxury, lots of quirky bits which I love as this makes it very interesting. The grounds are lovely, there are two hot tubs, unfortunately we did not get the opportunity of using due to the wet July weather, but look forward to using on a return visit. We stayed 2 nights met a lovely family from South Africa we were all there for the Open golf in Troon. Very friendly indeed. Annie recommended the Clock Tower restaurant for dinner, which is on the Estate and it did not disappoint, the restaurant was lovely, staff all friendly, food delicious and very reasonable, would recommend. Will definitely return as it was a true experience, thanks for everything Annie.

Total luxury awaits the moment you enter through the gates - the place is immaculate and each area is decorated individually to the highest standard throughout. The textiles throughout are top quality - the waterbed is amazing too. Breakfast choices are exceptional and very tasty - the host is super friendly and looks after your every need and makes sure you enjoy the best time - can’t rate it high enough Susan and Hugh Dyer

Staying with Annie was like visiting family - even though we’d never met her before and only stayed one night! She made us feel like “guests” rather than “clients”, and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. She and George have a lovely place in a peaceful rural setting. The accommodation was very well equipped and clean, and we had our most comfortable sleep of our Scottish road trip so far! It’s just a shame we were only staying one night as we didn’t feel we got the most value out of it - if you stayed two or more you’d be able to make better use of the facilities and the surrounding countryside. There was a river nearby and some waymarked trails that we would have liked to explore. You’ll need to drive out somewhere if you want an evening meal, but Ayr is only a short drive away and Annie and George know the area so well they were able to signpost us to a perfect restaurant for us. Ok, the room is a little small as others have said, and we did notice a mole deterrent chirping outside which was a bit distracting with the window open, but Annie’s hospitality more than made up for those things. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we’re ever back up this way. Thanks Annie for a wonderful - if brief - visit!

After reading wonderful reviews we decided to stay here rather than a faceless establishment. Our first impressions were characterised by the wonderful welcome from Annie. The room was astounding and I won’t go into too many details and spoil the thrill you’ll get here. Let’s just stay our sleep was restful and the provisions made for a wonderful stay. Hand cooked Breakfast with our host took me back and the food was beyond description. We’ll definitely look to stay here next time we’re up.
