Service staff serve the main dishes. The appetizers and salads in the restaurant are delicious. Drinking water is provided as purified in the hotel. The sun loungers on the beach are broken and their cushions are very worn out. Everything is fine until the reception, but after that it's a disappointment. There are serious problems in the approach, behavior and discipline of the employees. They have no solution focus or flexibility. Customer satisfaction is not taken into consideration. Hatta Anneme soyledim; farkettinmi yatak yorgan ve yastiklar Cok rahat ve iyi uyudum diye. O’da Evet bende farkettim dedi. Ayrica bol cesitli kahvaltilari harika omletleri cay ve kahveleri de Cok iyiydi. Fiatlari makul. Yusufa, babasi Adnan beye, ve Annelerine de Cok Cok tesekkur ediyorum. "Un hôtel très mignon, élégant.Son jardin est en fleurs et en arbres.Très calme et fidèle.Le petit déjeuner était merveilleux.Ses chambres et son jardin, comme il semble dans les photos. 4-5 minutes à pied au centre de Cunda.
