Nous sommes arrivés l'autre jour à l'auberge OYO ABN avec excitation sachant que nous pouvons avoir un séjour/repos confortable de notre voyage de 2 nuits de fatigue à Cádiz City, et à notre surprise ... 😊 Notre excitation est devenue décevante! Parce que: 1. Le sol était sale et il avait des empreintes aléatoires?? Il n'est même pas entièrement meublé, pas de têtes du tout de bas à haut. 2. Nous n'avons pas pu fermer les portes et les fenêtres du fait de la rust. 3. TV (qui était face au mur quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre 😆)/AC/HEATER dans le toilette n'étaient pas fonctionnant correctement et semblait être des bouchons pour l'affichage. 😁😁😁 4. Les chaussures/lits/toiles sentent très malheureux et se sentent démangeaisons. 5. Le bouton sur le baignoire a été brisé. 6. L'eau de la boue sent le rhume. 7. Les cochons sous le lit (peut-être en raison du carton qu'ils mettent sous le lit. 8. Le double pont a été coupé en demi pour le faire un lit unique, 🤣 l'escalier a été juste placé sous le lit. 9. L'électricité a été coupée au milieu de la nuit et était chaude en raison de la AC n'est pas en service. *Nous avons réservé 2 chambres mais nous sommes en mesure d'utiliser 4 (et supposé être 5 jours mais nous n'avons séjourné que 8h) amaaaazziingggg!!!! N'est-ce pas? 😊 Tout cela en raison des plaintes susmentionnées hehehehe 😊😊😊 Anyweiz, Merci pour le shampooing de joie et 2 petites dimensions de savon de corps de sécurité .... Au moins, nous gardons vraiment en sécurité contre les germes 😜

Le personnel était utile. Le café avait des articles limités mais le petit déjeuner était bon et raisonnablement prix. La location n'est pas loin du nouveau centre gouvernemental où vous pouvez trouver de nombreux bons restaurants et bars. Les installations étaient limitées. En tout cas, mon séjour était bon.

L'hôtel Red Doz est une chaîne, il ya plusieurs maisons, nous avons réservé cette maison marabella très bonne. L'hallo est propre et la chambre est également très bonne. Le transport est pratique et il est un bureau de police près

La chambre était très propre et confortable. J'avais un séjour incroyable, mais je suis une personne occupée et préfère rester à l'intérieur de la chambre la plupart du temps. Je n'ai pas beaucoup de temps dans le monde pour aller et chercher un endroit pour manger. Je vous propose de trouver quelqu'un qui vous associe à la fourniture de nourriture pour vos invités, surtout pendant la nuit ou le début du matin. Ils semblent tous agréables mais ennuyeux, je vous suggère de vous inclure dans votre formation en leur enseignant au moins de sourire, après tout, vous êtes de la ville de sourire. Je pensais qu'ils essayaient de faire le meilleur de leurs affaires, mais ils auraient pu être plus accueillis.

This hotel is not 4 star hotel at all! I dont know what kind of criteria they are looking but this is not a 4 star hotel. The worst stay ever I had in the Philippines. The hotel itself does not have an exhaust! When it is very hot outside, they turned on the air con full blast! in the ground floor and then in the room, other than that it would feel like a sauna. So we stayed here & booked for 4 days, the second night I wanted a refund because the room was firstly cold when the aircon is turned on when its hot it feels like you're in the sauna. This is where I even got more sicker, as I could not sleep due to the loud sound of the airconditioned! It was very unpleasant! We've moved rooms 3 times in this few days when we stayed. The first room was horrible; it was on the 4th floor! It was depressing! The bathroom was not cleaned at all! It was like one of the rooms that were not used for the last 3 years, the shower head was full of rust even the bidet! I would not even try to use it to clean my bum! It was even dirtier than my bum! Disgusting! So I complained about this & they told us to move to another room which was more renovated on the 3rd floor! This time it was ok! So we said we stay here but then all the shower head was also not nice & they had to change it! At night when using the shower, it started to flood, so I had to call the reception & at midnight the technician had to fix it! The restaurant had gone downhill as well. There are many waiters and waitresses just standing there and sometimes they dont have a clue! The food was OK. But I questioned the cleanliness of it! There was once at the restaurant during breakfast when the other table was finished and the customers left, the waitress just took all the plates and glasses and also the paper placemat & replace it with a new one without even cleaning the table! Disgusting! I called the attention of them & told them that they need to clean it as there was still some dirty stuff from the other customers. So they were quick splashed it water and wipe it with cloth. We also went for lunch once and the food served was cold, we complained but they said it was made new & I asked the waiter who served it to try because it was cold, so they had to give a new set of fries! Afterwards we dont eat here anymore as I felt that the food being served or made is not fresh! At one point i felt very sick as i could not sleep very well due to the loudness of the aircon & requested for a refund, they moved us to a matrimonial bed! At first we can try but then the last few days I really became very ill! Anyhow, we spoke to the General Manager and he even apologised and also gave him some suggestions! But he told me that they are still recovering from the pandemic! I also want to add that the business room is nothing like a business room it was like a storage room for luggage and cables were everywhere with 1 computer inside & charging you ridiculous peso for printing or scanning; the

We went to the skybar for dinner with my friends. We ordered salpicao, pesto, spaghetti bolognese, and carbonara. They were well cooked and tasted pretty well for the price. We’ve been here a lot and the experience is still the same. Would highly recommend.
