Ottimo in ogni aspetto: rapporto qualità/ prezzo, gentilezza e professionalità, disponibilita. Veramente ritornerò in questa struttura.

Hotel is meer dan goed, gebruikt als doorreis hotel. Zal in de winter ook prachtig zijn maar wij zijn geen ski mensen. Ontbijt zeer goed.

Die Lage des Hotels ist Top, direkt neben der Skipiste, Sommerrodelbahn und Therme. Zimmer sauber und modern. Frühstücksbuffet bietet ausreichend für jeden Geschmack etwas. Viele Restaurants im Umkreis. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vorhand und werden auch vom Hotel angeboten.

Die Lage in Bad Kleinkirchheim ist top. Gleich neben dem Römerbad, neben der Gondel und Pisten. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer und ganzes Hotel sehr sauber.

Cadre agréable, près du centre thermal, des télécabines, de la luge d'été. Ambiance familiale. Chambres confortables, bonne literie. Repas communautaires (buffets) Spa très plaisant (deux saunas/salle de repos) à la manière germanique (on va au sauna nu)

We stayed at a Cooee hotel yesterday and this one is, remarkably similar, but that's not a bad thing. This hotel is also on the outskirts of the town with ample parking and enough in the way of facilities for you not to be tempted into town. That said, we only stayed one night! There was a warm greeting from the receptionist including a complimentary juice drink. The bar area was clean and tidy and so was the restaurant area. The food is a buffet (as was the other Cooee hotel) but was more than adequate but nothing fancy. The breakfast was extensive with something for everyone and was of a good quality.

Gorgeous hotel, spotlessly clean with adorable, helpful staff. Location absolutely perfect - ski in and ski out. Opposite the main Gondola. Rooms huge with large balcony. Food varied and plentiful, breakfast was great. Solarium and saunas lovely...would have loved a hot tub or pool but that is the only thing that would have made it better. We think we were the only English there so if you are wanting other Brits then probably not ideal! 2 mins walk from ski shops and the Thermal Baths so pool available at a cost just not in the hotel. Can't fault this hotel and would stay in the same chain in other locations. Well done to all the staff who really were lovely.

The hotel is very basic, no frills, dinner is absolutely terrible, much better to just have breakfast and eat dinner in one of the restaurants in town. Breakfast is barely on a 3* level. Some of the staff are kind and helpful, some are just there. The parking was covered in ice and it was a hazard to walk there, they did not bother to deal with that. Also, the heating is so loud it keeps half a hotel up at night. There where people with kids that where screaming because of the loud noise the heaters are making. All in all, would not recommend.

Wir haben hier für eine Nacht eingecheckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch fiel uns auf, dass der Stauraum für Bekleidung sehr begrenzt bis kaum vorhanden war. Die Aussicht, die wir hatten war sehr schön, da diese zur Seilbahn und Sommerrodelbahn hin war. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker und auch bei der Menge an Übernachtungsgästen war immer alles vorhanden und wenn nicht, wurde schnell nachgelegt. Das Restaurant konnten wir nicht probieren, da hier nur mit Halbpension gespeist werden kann. Vor dem Hotel sind viele und kostenlose Parkplätze. Was wir nicht so gut fanden, war dass in der separaten Toilette kein Waschbecken angebracht war. Die Zimmertüren waren so stramm eingestellt, dass wenn der Nachbar diese zufallen ließ, die Wände gewackelt haben. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Zimmer beliefen sich auf einen Hocker und das Bett.

Schönes Hotel, super Preis Leistung. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Lage in der Nähe Gondelbahn. Parkplatz vorm Hotel. Jederzeit wieder!!!
