Camping-Badenweiler

Can’t really fault this campsite. Very well presented and very clean facilities which is really all you can ask for. A little niggle is that you can’t really leave before 8 am in the morning as you have to not only settle your pitch fees ( that is not the problem - and could be done before you leave) but you have to pay for your electricity which can only be done from the meter reading which is inside the office, and that doesn’t open until 8am. There is no access to the site between 12.30 and 15.00 which is a bit of a pain, but there is plenty of parking at the entrance, so as long as you move your car to the car park before 12.30 there is no problem getting out. Several Good walks directly from the campsite, big swimming pool 2 min walk away and Netto supermarket 10 min walk or 2 mins in the car. Campsite is very easy to find and no problems with access. Will definitely return if/when in the area. The owners wife and son both speak very good English. Word off warning like so many campsites in Germany they really do not like to accept payment by cards ( debit or credit) so you expected to settle your account in cash.
