Port Talbot

I stayed in the Premier Inn back in January and I can’t fault the hotel outstanding. I met a lovely housekeeper. I think she said her name was Claire the most lovely receptionist. I think her name was Claire as well and a lovely housekeeper Taomi

recently stayed here with friends. beds were comfy and cool. room was clean and nice to stay in reception staff were helpful and resturant was good comfy seating. easy to find. good value will definately be returning in the near future. thank you

Had a great night sleep, the bed was so comfortable, stayed in a family room, was perfect for us while we were away from home visiting family, i am allready looking for our next trip in blackpool at there premier inn, these hotels will be my go to from now on, had a great experience

Fan provided but did absolutely nothing. No cot bed provided despite us requesting one. The whole experience was ruined by the warmth of the room though.

5 stars for staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodated additional requirements. Even promptly posted items I had left behind in my hotel room. 5 stars for cleanliness and functionality of the room, including a comfortable bed. 3 stars for the inability to regulate the temperature in the room. It was very warm, even with a fan. In cooler months this is a perfect place to stay.

Stayed here on a Sunday night as I had been visiting friends staying in Port Talbot,have stayed here about 6 times,always very friendly and the rooms are spotless and the beds so comfortable,with loads of pillows. Stay in the annex if you can,the main part overlooks the Beefeater restaurant and there is music playing outside till 11.30 pm,beware rooms next to the doors as everytime someone opens the door it closes automatically and is noisy at all hours. The hotel is within a short car ride to Aberafan beach which is great for a walk and coffee whatever time of the year.
