Avis : Baguio Burnham Suites

L'hôtel est juste à côté du parc Burnham, ce qui le rend accessible. Session Road est à environ 15 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique. Réception ouverte 24h/24 et grand parking. Le petit-déjeuner gratuit était servi, rien de spécial. L'hôtel est assez vieux. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour s'est bien passé. Le meilleur atout de l'hôtel est son emplacement et le personnel qui était poli à tout moment.

This hotel is in a great location and surrounded by all the amenities you want. Proximity to the park makes it worthwhile. The hotel is of an era while being a little dated is perfectly functional, and to those who wish to reflect on a time perfect.

Good location. Just across Burnham. Back of the hotel is along Legarda where their extension parking area is located. Has good plated breakfast and room is very spacious and has an aircon for very hot summer days.

It is a very nice hotel. Very clean and smell good. The service is very good and the food. We will come back again.

Expect that there is no wifi connection. Cleanliness is Average. Despite that they have Warm Staff and adequate food.

The hotel location is very nice, we were able to walk around Burnham Park in the morning, and the view is also nice. The breakfast is ok, and could have been perfect if the food is hot/warm. My only concern would be the facilities... The aircon is not as cold as we wanted to, and this is probably because a lot of hotels in Baguio does not have AC due to the cold weather. But when we visited, it was too warm already. They also dont have any electric fans. The comfort room smelled like mold, and the hot/cold shower is not working as well. The good thing is when we asked the front desk staff for assistance, they immediately helped and sent the maintenance staff for assistance. Overall, we enjoyed our trip in Baguio, but will probably consider other hotels instead.

It's in a good location, but the ambience gives me creeps because of the color of the lights. The guards don't help us carry our baggage. That's the downside, they're just looking at us without giving us help. It's not sound proof but i love the beddings, it helps me sleep well. ❤️

Location-wise, maganda sya kasi katapat na nya yung Burnham Park. I feel like expensive sya dahil lang sa location. Wala rin view yung room kahit may window. Yung ambiance ng hotel is medyo old. You can have a similar price for a luxurious-feeling hotel sa Baguio pero hindi walking distance sa pasyalan. Marumi yung cabinets na napunta samin na room so we opted to keep our clothes in our bags. So weigh nalang ano isasacrifice. Yung ganda ng hotel or distance. Di rin sila nagbibigay ng extra key card. So if may aalis kang kasama, need to coordinate sa reception or knock sa kasama all the time. Mabait at helpful ang receptionist and guards. Okay rin dahil may parking. Mahirap magpark sa Burnham or session road so parking our car sa hotel saved us the trouble sa paghahanap o pila sa parking sa Burnham Park. Not the best breakfast I had in Baguio. I was expecting more, like a buffet dahil nga sa price or atleast more appealing breakfast. Hindi mainit yung fried rice na naserve samin, so a little disappointing. Yung ulam is so-so lang din. I hope that can be improved. If we'll visit again? Pwede, pero will not avail the breakfast na siguro and if priority parin namin mamasyal sa Burnham or Session.

Great location with rooms that are comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. Service was great with a helpful staff.

Overall stay is okay. Need for improvement - Front desk should be accommodating - Hotel should inform us ahead if they are not allowed to issue OR if booking is thru online. In our case, Manager should be the one handling scenarios or complaints but in our situation, she's not able to talk to us and explain protocols.

Old style hotel, not worth the price. Better hotel in Baguio with lower rates. Unsatisfactory breakfast, no toiletries, no amenities at all. Should refund at least 50%

Very close to Burnham park. Breakfast is not so good. Room is quite old.

The place was great, very near to tourist spots and restaurants. The FO staffs are very nice and helpful.
