AAmarFromUKSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

IInvitéChaque fois que vous venez à Changbai Mountain, vous devez rester à l'hôtel, le meilleur choix pour le contrôle de l'apparence. L'hôtel a une décoration élégante et des installations complètes, qui peuvent parfaitement rivaliser avec d'autres hôtels de marque, et ont certainement une bonne expérience de vacances. L'enregistrement s'est avéré être la nuit de Laba, et la bouillie de Laba présentée par le restaurant m'a réchauffé le cœur instantanément. Lili à la réception a aidé à demander un surclassement dans la suite avec le directeur, rendant le réveillon du Nouvel An plus confortable et parfait. Chaque fois que je passe devant la réception, toutes les dames vont vous demander comment s'est passé votre séjour. Comment puis-je aider? Sentez-vous vraiment chez vous. Il peut être considéré comme la combinaison parfaite de la performance des coûts et de l'expérience de vie dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel de villégiature. J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois et j'ai trouvé que les installations de la chambre et les sanitaires étaient bien entretenus, et j'espère que cela pourra continuer. Après tout, la montagne Changbai est un endroit où vous pouvez revenir encore et encore, et il est très important d'avoir un lieu de séjour confortable et confortable.

KKamenikThe hotel is in a nice skiing area. Just leave and there is the first lift. The rooms are sufficient but maybe not standard for a 4 stars hotel. Example no rain shower, no iron to iron shirts.
Unfortunately the room we booked the heating was not working which is by minus 12 a no go. Therefore it was necessary to move in another room. The employees were very nice and helpful and tried to do the best to solve it immediately.
The restaurant I tried only 2 times. For the Christmas dinner and one for lunch a noodle soup. The dinner was just a ok except the backed ham was delicious. The noodle soup was not really good for the price.
The breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. I loved there the noodle soup. (Why not at lunch?)
and the Chinese pancake are also very good.
The lobby bar is nice place to relax but the training for the stuff have to improved. I asked for semi dry red wine. Lately I picked a bottle by myself based on the grapes and my experience cause no help here and to open the bottle the waiter had to search first and opener. But the Cabernet Sauvignon was good. A recommendation is the coffee black no milk no sugar in the lobby bar. Very good.
Worth mention there were a lot of coupons included in thbooking like for skiing, hot springs and son on.
Summary the hotel is worth staying but they should also consider some improvements.

LLindalindarlingC'était le premier voyage en famille vers la montagne Changbai, en volant directement du Fujian à Harbin. Après avoir visité la ville de glace, le train a été transféré à la montagne Changbai, d'abord vers le versant nord (depuis la gare), puis vers le versant ouest (plus près à l'aéroport).
Luneng est situé à Xipo.À cette époque, Xipo a également considéré Wanda et CM, et a finalement choisi Luneng par considération globale de l'apparence et de l'éducation d'un bébé.
En termes d'environnement, il n'y a rien de mal à la petite Suisse autoproclamée de Luneng. Cette année, c'est la célébration de l'anniversaire de Disney, et il y a des sculptures de neige de château coopératif, etc. Luneng dans la neige sous les feux d'artifice est tout simplement une ville de conte de fées. ! !
En termes de correspondance, je dois donner un coup de pouce au nouvel EP de Luneng ! Similaire à CM's GO, l'équipe vient d'être constituée et est toujours très enthousiaste. Il n'y avait pas de spectacle sur scène pour les enfants le jour de l'enregistrement, mais il y avait un spectacle supplémentaire pour les deux bébés. Juste pour ce point, je vais donner 100 points ! Le bébé Children's Paradise Xingqi a conquis le cœur des enfants. Chaque bébé n'a que plus de 60 ans et ils aident également à prendre soin d'eux😂 Réservez entièrement l'heure du café aux parents😀
La station de ski est suffisante pour Xiaobai, mais il y a une chose à noter : la station de ski de Luneng n'a pas de cours de nuit, et elle se termine à 15h00 ! Nous nous sommes arrangés pour venir à Xipo au dernier arrêt, afin de pouvoir prendre l'avion le lendemain, mais le jour de l'enregistrement était déjà passé, nous avons donc dû nous lever tôt le lendemain et emmener le bébé en faire l'expérience. Nous n'avons qu'à nous rendre sur place pour les combinaisons de neige et les lunettes de neige. Vous pouvez le louer, et le matériel de ski sera fourni gratuitement. Pour Xiaobai, il sera bien préférable de louer un entraîneur. Si vous ne skiez pas, vous pouvez voir la montagne Changbai par le téléphérique. Même si vous prenez le téléphérique, les enfants seront très heureux😁
En termes d'équipements, ce n'est pas un nouvel hôtel après tout, et il y a encore quelques problèmes mineurs, mais le service l'emporte. J'ai réservé une suite familiale et il était presque 16 heures le jour de l'enregistrement. La chambre n'était toujours pas nettoyée. J'ai surclassé le type de villa, mais l'assainissement était encore relativement bâclé. J'ai demandé à ma tante de m'aider nettoyez à nouveau le sol.
Pour résumer c'est :
Le paysage est magnifique (surtout en saison de neige)
Excellent service (surtout EP)
La nourriture est délicieuse (surtout barbecue coréen et septième café)
Le forfait est très bon (surtout EP, Xingqibao et kinésithérapie Tongrentang)

AAranyaWe book a room with 3 beds for 4 persons (1 child) The room a bit small for 4 persons. The bed is good. The aircon can not adjust for cool condition indeed it is a heater air con. When We went on 1-4 March 2024, when we enter to our room we feel uncomfortable because the room temp is so high and the window can open only a little, outside the room also very warm. No wind, no air movement so we turn on the aircon fan then the hot wind flow. So we shut down the hot aircon and borrow a fan from the hotel. Everything other than the warm room was nice, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are helpful. Manager tell me that all room booking weather you book with any agency are come with the ski, onsen and water park free package. You need to go to the ski center and show your passport and deposit money (2000 plus 40 rmb) to get ski card for using the ski facility. If you want to use outdoor onsen you need to bring swimwear and go to Wandajin and show the package paper you have got while checkin. You need to pay 10 rmb/person for using the locker and the towel. The process as same as water park. The breakfast is impressive.

He speaks great English and made sure to help us arrange all of our extra activities from snowmobiling, rafting, ice fishing and all the extra activties included in our hotel stay like the ski pass and snow park experience. He answered all our questions, arranged taxis and ensured a smooth, comfortable stay. The resort itself is in a great location - right on the slopes and the breakfast was decent. I would 100% recommend this to anyone especially foreigners who don't speak Chinese. Thank you to Benjamin for making our stay so comfortable!
