L'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, vous pouvez rejoindre le bord de mer à quelques pas et il y a 2 restaurants chinois à proximité, ce qui est très convivial pour mon estomac chinois. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Je reviendrai certainement ici la prochaine fois que j'irai à Bakou !

I stayed here only for a night but it was one of the best stay in hotel I ever had. The room is so spacious, minimally decorated with modern design and clean. The bath tub is really big and can fit 2 person. All the staff I encountered were very nice and promptly answered my questions. The price is definitely high but its worth it

Hands down the best hotel in Baku. Very friendly,helpful and amazing staff. Especially Mr. Hussayn was very friendly and went out of his way to help us and other guests in every way. Gem of a person and an amazing hotel.

Суперский Отель с Самой Крутой Локацией ! Бесподобной Кроватью и Бельем ! Крутой Завтрак ! Но Выбор Конечно Беднее чем в Тайланде и Бали ! И Очень Неудобные и Дешевые Тапочки!!! А все Остальное Супер в Отеле !!!!

Прекрасный отель ,стильный и красивый . Гостеприимство персонала поражает заботой и приветливостью . Чувствуешь себя в кругу друзей с первой минуты. Завтраки прекрасные ,очень вкусно и разнообразно ! Siamo stati qui un anno fa, ed era stata un'esperienza eccellente. Questa volta ho trovato dei peggioramenti nella qualità per esempio delle amenities, ridotto all'essenziale. La colazione è di qualità ma limitata. Personale della reception disponibile e preparato. Personale della colazione magnifico. Personale della piscina eccellente.

The location is great and luxury everywhere Plenty to do after a long working day: The gym is located on the top floor of the hotel with breath taking views. The executive lounge will endure you with great food and excellent choice of wine. The exclusive restaurant will tempt you to eat more than planned or just stay longer than expected. And if you want more simply step outside the hotel and stroll along the shore soaking the tranquility of the Caspian lake. Or simply walk the 2 ,miles to the old city where the time has stopped. While the location is great, the customer service is just unbeatable. I am sure you will soon be chatting with Jeyran that will make feel at home and not to miss any highlights that Baku can offer

Fantastic location, huge rooms and mesmerising view. I had a great stay during my trip to Baku for COP29. Hospitality was amazing as well, and kudos to the staff. They provided an upgrade as well as an early check in + late check out. Would love to stay here again.

One of the best hotel in Baku .Extremely friendly staff and a very prompt service.Food was good .Excellent spa .Checkin and checkout was very smooth .Bed was too comfortable.Hotel is near to boulevard.Will definitely stay here on next visit .view from hotel was very good .Breakfast buffet was good and still some scope to add vegetarian dishes without eggs .

Everything here is curated for your needs. Staff is super attending and also intuitive, this JW property is the best one I have stayed so far, and I have been to few around EMEA Pros: Super close to boulevard, the road crossing is behind the entrance. Boulevard is incredible for both morning and evening jogs or walks, although mornings are very quiet Amazing swimming pool with incredible city views on 21st floor SPA is awesome and affordable for the brand and location Exec Lounge is well appointed in the 5th floor Elite members get instant recognition and upgrade was not an issue. Bed linen is amazing, I had the best sleep Cons I have struggled here as there are not any cons at all Suggestion would be though to introduce more local inspired food elements in Exec Lounge please
