This cute little roundhouse is uniquely situated near the village creek which crosses the entire mountain finishing by Coffey Lake and across the street from the Beech Mountain Ski Resort. It is also located very close to Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain, and Grandfather Mountain! Which allows you to enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, and skiing, You will find yourself mesmerized by the sound of the creek and the tranquility of the mountains. It has everything you need for a comfortable, cozy getaway. The living room area has a leather recliner and a sofa with a wood-burning fireplace where you can sit and take in the beauty through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows or enjoy your favorite shows with our 55” 4K smart TV that streams Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, and many more apps. Firewood is provided! :) Right of the living space is the dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen is effective and well-stocked for all your cooking needs. You will find a stove/oven, refrigerator, brand new stainless steel dishwasher, new trash disposal, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, electric skillet, fryer, and much more! Or you can prepare your favorite steaks on our new gas grill in the back deck. We have recently updated the laundry system with a new high-efficiency Samsung mega load stackable washer & dryer. The home has two bedrooms which are equipped with new blackout curtains, new luxury linens, towels, pillows, and comforters. The master bedroom has a Serta electric king adjustable bed and a pack-and-play. A 40” smart TV that streams Netflix, YouTube and more. The second room has a full bed with a 12” Lucid gel memory foam mattress and a crib with a changing station. There is a 1/2 bathroom inside the master (king) and a full bathroom in the hallway between the bedrooms with a shower/bath, and detachable shower hose with different massage settings. With our smart lock forget about keeping track of a key. One more thing, we have WiFi! We are also baby and kid-friendly! You will find a booster seat in the closet, a baby activity jumper, activity play mat, From this home, you'll have the best of Beech Mountain right at your fingertips. Situated on the 1st hole of the Beech Mtn Golf Course and 1.8 miles to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. The large upper deck overlooks the 1st hole with long-range winter views. The home is prefect for an intimate golf retreat or a large group ready to hit the slopes. Main living area offers 3 bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms! The down stairs is perfect for kids! Table Tennis, foosball, and lots of board games. Parking for 7 cars. The home sits directly on the putting green on the 1st hole of Beech Mountain Golf Course to the right with partial views of the 9th hole to the left. All golfers pass by, so the upper deck is an ideal place to watch as golfers try their luck at the first green. There is a small pond within view and is a favorite hangout for the many deer that call the mountain home. Many people make use of the golf cart path as a jogging/walking trail during warmer months. The golf club is open seven days a week from May through October.This property does not have central A/C which is standard for many homes on the mountain given the relatively cool summers at this elevation. There are box fans located throughout the home, if needed.As your host, I aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible! My mission is to help my guests create lasting memories. For me to do so, I would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, my guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free. The main roads to the property should be maintained however the road the property sits on is not always plowed immediately. It is better that you are prepared for any conditions. Both levels have a massive sized living room each equipped with a 65 inch smart tv in the living room upstairs and a 65 inch smart plasma tv downstairs. Our third master downstairs also has a 55 inch smart TV for private viewing! Each of our three king bedrooms have a TV for your viewing pleasure! With a total of 5 TV’s in the house. Like the upstairs master bedroom, Our Jack and Jill style guest bedrooms make it optimal for young families to have quick access to bathroom needs with an additional half bath so everyone has somewhere to go! Our newly remodeled downstairs bathroom and our bunk bed room have a full bath with a half bath connected and both rooms are very spacious! We have multiple cooking options for all your family needs! Our kitchen is well stocked with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, plenty of mixing bowls, a Kitchen Aid mixer, a, regular coffee maker, kettle, pod/ground single serving coffee, blender, toaster, and many more! We have a large gas grill on the back deck where you can prepare your favorite steaks as well as a fire pit with a grill plate attached. You can cook on a stove, a gas grill, or even a wood burning fire pit! The best of both worlds. Experience the comfort and the sleep of a lifetime in our home. Our bedrooms come with high quality brand new mattresses, luxury bedding, sheets, towels, blankets, and duvets.
