New living room couches in the big room along with brand new 50" flat screen TV. Additional amenities include two double kayaks and a canoe, a long screened porch and a brick BBQ grill in the front yard, along with an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, full size washer/dryer, new improved high speed mesh wireless internet/wifi and cable, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining area and so much more! The home also features a path that leads to the creek with a dock for amazing Pawleys Island sunset views. The beach is approx. 2 blocks away. This home is rustic, comfortable and offers plenty of privacy for your beach vacation!
