Take the kids out fishing right at the property, on a 5 acre semi-private pond. Lake Texoma's highpoint marina is only 2 and a half miles away and has boat rentals for the big kids to have fun:). The primary bedroom, and both of the top floor bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the 5 acre pond. The bottom floor has a kitchen, dining area, and large living space that allows everyone to gather together. The deck, which overlooks the pond, has a gas powered grill. The lower deck has a fire pit for unwinding at night.
