Il n'y a pas de bureau de réception 24 heures, donc si vous êtes en train de descendre, soyez sûr de laisser beaucoup de temps et de prendre contact pour que vous receviez vos instructions de check-in tardive, à la différence de nous. Nous sommes arrivés à 10 h, à une porte fermée, sans aucune idée de ce que le code à entrer était, et comme nous n'avons pas de téléphones américains, ils n'étaient pas en mesure de téléphoner au personnel. Après avoir appelé, le personnel a pu nous parler de la façon de recevoir nos clés, mais la série de mesures a certainement fait qu'il se sentait comme une salle d'évacuation. Room: Petite et compacte chambre. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style cabin cabin. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The bath was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All facilities provided. Extra: Il n'y avait qu'un petit parking de voiture disponible, avec environ 6 espaces. Il coûte 30 $ pour parquer ici toute la nuit, mais il y a parking de rue disponible à l'extérieur pour $6/hr entre 8am-10pm. Vous pouvez louer des bikes pour explorer Key West pour 15 $ par jour. Location: Très vivement, la meilleure position, au cœur de tous les magasins, bars et cafés, à pied à toutes les attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at Cheeca Lodge! The staff was super friendly, the rooms very clean and the amenities were amazing! The food on resort was tasty and well made, too! We also indulged in a couples massage that was so relaxing - we will definitely be back!

Nice and spacious room included Nespresso pods. Central location, not too far from Duval st. Breakfast included was alright, included hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bagels and toast with jam, PB, and cream cheese. Starbucks coffee machine and water machine available throughout the day. Air conditioning fan is a bit loud as the air handler is in the room. No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious. Charging a resort fee of $34.99, then charging $30 for parking is just an absolute money grab. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

Le restaurant était très bon et bien entretenu. Le cottage que nous avons séjourné était spacieux et nous aimions vraiment la décoration et la softness des lits. Le restaurant était bon mais un peu cher. Nous n'étions pas impressionnés par la location de cabane. La cabana n'était pas prête à l'arrivée. Nous devions attendre qu'elle soit nettoyée et réparée. La cabana n'était pas étiquetée et nous étions confondus sur laquelle était la cabana que nous avions comme il y avait deux à côté l'un de l'autre. Nous avons demandé quand le service commencera et nous avons été dits à 10 h, puis nous avons demandé à 10 h 45, puis nous sommes allés au bureau de front à 11 h 30 et quand 12 h s'est tourné sans service, nous avons décidé de partir et de ramener notre argent sur la cabane. À ce moment-là, nous avons payé seulement un fauteuil et un toilet qui ne répondaient pas à nos attentes quand on dépense $250.00 sur une cabane pour la journée. Je recommande plusieurs choses pour la cabane. 1. Numéro de cabanes pour que vous puissiez voir clairement le nombre. Il est très important de savoir que le service de la cabane ne commencera pas avant une certaine date. Nous attendions au moins de recevoir quelque chose à boire pendant que vous êtes dans la cabane. 4. Installer un bouton d'appel ou une application que vous pouvez être en contact avec quelqu'un quand vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Il y a eu un retard important dans l'obtention de notre remboursement. Et nous apprécions le Directeur qui nous a aidé vendredi à régler ce problème avant de nous rendre au service le samedi matin. Le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. Nous avons trouvé que la piscine au milieu de la propriété était moins utilisée et se sentait plus calme et plus privée, donc nous avons passé notre temps avec un bon livre. Je donnerais le séjour à 4.5 de 5. Recommandez vivement d'essayer Three Waters Resort.

On Balance Gilberts was ok but I would not want to stay more than a couple of days. We where probably not its target customers. The rooms where really nice with a great view but my sister was at the end of the block right by the sewage digester for the resort which made a humming noice which was audible in the room at night, it also smelt really bad in the mornings. Admiralty this could only be smelt outside the room. Suggestion screen the digester and put some filtration for the odour. Plus point they treat the sewage. Thursday night was Ok in the bar although the rock band thought they where playing a stadium, just way too loud, when they stopped and some normality returned the bar shut at 2100, Friday and Saturday, better music but the place was rammed with a lot of kids running around. We would have gone out but the resort is isolated and its almost impossible to get a cab, if you do its very expensive and no guarantee you can get one back. If you have a nominated driver than getting out is an option. Saturday the beach, the bar where just full to bursting, first stop on the Keys out of Miami. A lot of very drunk people having a good time which is fine but if you are not one of them its no fun at all. A visible police presence kept any potential trouble from happening. We where going to go to the pool but there was no room left in the water never mind the side. It is supposed to be for residents and they are supposed to ware a wrist band but that is not enforced, very few in anyone had a wrist band on. In short its not a bad place but don't go if you want a relaxed Keys vibe, stay away from the rooms at the end of the block and only go midweek but only do that if you want to be in bed at 2100. Good points, comfortable rooms, nice views, and very nice staff.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits ce qui n'était pas suffisant ! La chambre d'hôtel était spacieuse, propre et moderne avec une vue sur la plage Hamac. Délicieux petit-déjeuner buffet à Calusa. . . Nous avons déjeuné à Dry Rocks. . . délicieuses salades fraîches, tacos, etc. Le personnel était très arrangeant. . Nous avons adoré les deux plages. . . Coco Beach avait beaucoup de transats, beaucoup d'ombre et la mer était belle et chaude. Nous avons fait du paddle board, du kayak et nous avons adoré !! Parfait pour les couples, les familles etc... Super hôtel. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Отличный отель, очень уютно. Рядом все развлечения и достопримечательности, но при этом в самом отеле не шумно.  Хороший завтрак, есть счастливые часы вечером с вином, сыром и закусками.  Если не хватит места для паковки около отеля, то в паре кварталом можно припарковаться за 15 долларов за сутки.  Из нюансов - шумный кондиционер в номере и грязный бассейн (много листьев).

Installations: Les installations sont très bonnes, très nouveaux hôtels Santé: l'hygiène est aussi très bonne, il est très confortable de vivre. Environnement: Bon environnement, très calme Service : Le service est également très bon Le seul handicap est que le prix est trop cher, le rapport coût-efficacité est peu élevé, mais il est toujours très confortable de vivre

I had read the reviews for this hotel on several websites before booking and decided to go with them because they were all good. This was my 60th birthday trip and when we got there this place looked just like their website. Beautiful Old style like you’ll never get to experience ever again. We got a room upgrade to room on the Water. Room #1. There’s nothing fancy about them, but I think that’s what adds to the charm of the hotel but everything in the room is nice, comfortable, clean and works. Patio leads right outside to the water where you can sit on your deck or walk along the pier and look at the boats, we had a boat docked in front of our room. I loved watching the people getting ready to go out. I joked and told them I was happy letting them borrow my boat for the day. We enjoyed our daily Pelican visitors who sat on the post every evening and we enjoyed the Rooster every morning when we sat outside enjoying our ice tea. The pool is very nice, I dipped my foot in and it was a little chilly. The beach area wasn’t much of a beach in my opinion. But it still adds to the charm. Lisa and Tammy were very nice and friendly and we had no problems checking in or any issues whatsoever with our stay. There is a food truck on site we ate at 1st night, because we drove all day and it was real foggy by the time we were going to leave to go eat in Marathon. I had the Crab pizza and Brian had the Ham pizza. $15.00 each and big for one person if your hungry. I didn’t eat all of mine. lol. But very good. The hotel just changed ownership and are doing upgrades and some renovations, so at times while we were there it was a little noisy but nothing we couldn’t deal with. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to the Keys. Because you’re not going to get this Old Style feel staying right on the water for much longer any where else especially for these prices. Il était assez confortable pour le prix, quelques choses 1) nous avons trouvé des capsules de bière dans le linge et sous le lit ....we ne buvez pas de bière. 2) la porte aurait pu être fermée plus sûrement, c'était une porte de chambre comme la porte extérieure avec un verrouillage facilement choisi sur elle et Un bouton de diapositive à l'intérieur. Avec un écart important entre le fond de la porte et le sol, je ne sais pas si vous êtes conscient des grosses 🦎 c'était à propos. Tout le temps j'ai entendu un son je sautais à regarder la porte. Le centre-ville de l'hôtel est situé dans une zone de proximité, où les chambres sont très confortables et où les chambres sont très confortables.
