The dock has nice wet steps to get in and out of the lake very easily. Great views, huge deck. Nice outdoor furniture. Only one adult couple is allowed at a time. If the couple has 2-3 kids it is allowed. The house is really nice but it is not set up to host large families or more than 3 adults.Parking is plentiful and very easy. The parking area is flat. The owner of this home owns the Gas Hole gas dock/Beautyview Resort next door. There is a ramp on site and trailer parking. Rocky Mount has great places for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. The Quarry Restaurant and Bar is close and Jolly Rodgers is about a 20 minute drive. The Lakehouse Cafe and North Shore Shopping center are also about 20 mins away. There’s a boat rental company 15 mins by car. By boat, Dock Knockers, The Boathouse, The Toad, and Shady Gators are all within 5 miles. There are great locations down the Gravois Arm on the 6 mi marker of the main channel.You'll need a car to get around the area. However, if you're wanting a good place to walk or run, the neighborhood is a great place to catch some views and get some exercise.Put around the cove in a four-person paddle boat. Or, go bigger by renting a boat from a boat rental about 15 mins away by car.There is a gas grill at the house. You’ll need to supply you own propane gas tank if you plan to use it.We do not have cable TV but there is internet and a smart TV. Feel free to use whatever you services you have.If you need life jackets, be sure to bring them.You'll want to grab your groceries before arriving.
