L'expérience est si bonne. Ce personnel est le meilleur pour tous les services. Je recommande cet hôtel avec certitude. Nous avons une tige de sang sur nos feuilles et ils n'ont pas facturé. La seule chose qui compte est que l'eau de Bukit n'est pas vraiment bonne, oui, non seulement pour cet hôtel, mais pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel de Bukit Jimbaran en raison de la source d'eau. Il y a aussi le temps pour le chauffage de l'eau, il serait plus agréable si le chauffage en 24 heures, une douche froide qui se fait tard à la nuit hehe. La vue correspond au prix. Je n'ai pas de nettoyage complètement absent, les colonies de bébés ont réactivé ma allergie à la poussière et j'ai des points rouges sur mes bras. Les gants ont presque jamais changé et si changés, rapportés sales et le papier hygiénique semblait comme l'or de Klondike. Enfin, la chose la plus agréable a été le petit déjeuner: ils vous disent que c'est compris, mais les boissons de type café sont payées, mais n'ont pas un prix fixe, c'est-à-dire un jour nous avons payé le café 30.000 roupies, le deuxième 41.000 le troisième 51.000 et le dernier 61.000 .. Et quand nous avons demandé des explications, ils nous ont dit que ce n'était pas vrai, c'est vraiment un endroit dégoûtant. La seule chose que la location est belle et la piscine aussi, mais sincèrement avec une chambre si sale et un service si mauvais, je ne recommanderais pas même à mon ennemi le plus mauvais.

Lors de mon récent séjour à l'hôtel, j'ai été pleinement enchanté par une expérience exceptionnelle à tous les niveaux. Le personnel était sympathique, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme, offrant un service impeccable tout au long de mon séjour. La chambre était très confortable , impeccablement entretenue et offrant une atmosphère accueillante. ce qui a véritablement marqué mon séjour était le petit-déjeuner, tout simplement incroyable ! La variété et la qualité des mets proposés étaient tout simplement délectables.

We stayed at the Jumeirah as the last leg of our honeymoon following 5 nights at the Capella and 5 nights at the Four Seasons. These were activity based stats and Jumeirah at Uluwatu was the relax and recharge around the pool and beach. The hotel design and decor is stunning and our villa was incredible. Can’t fault it. However, amenities and inconsistent service really lets this hotel down. The good stuff: - e-butler service via WhatsApp was brilliant. In- room dining, great! -Marcel on concierge went above and beyond, he couldn’t do more for us! - Our in-room servicing team were super and made us towel animals everyday leaving us notes during our stay which was lovely. The not so good stuff: - Food was nice, but just ok. Poached eggs on toast… toast was burnt everyday and poached eggs watery. Omelette came out with whipped egg whites like you’d make in a pudding (very strange) and with alternative ingredients from your original order if they had run out of something. But, without consulting you. I was intolerant to one of the substituted ingredients. Similarly, I ordered a non alcoholic cocktail and they made it alcoholic. Little things like this can’t happen. - Unorganised and overly attentive service in restaurants. You have about 5 people waiting your table so you can’t enjoy your breakfast/ lunch or dinner without constantly being interrupted being asked the same question. You feel watched and pounced on during the meal so you can’t actually relax. Before you have finished your last mouthful and putting your cutlery down they are already whipping away your plate even if others at the table are still eating or you are still chewing your last mouthful of food. - Slow service in both restaurants and pool bar. Whilst quick to take your order and hovering, it took a minimum of 15mins to deliver your drinks with food sometimes beating your drinks to the table. If you’d ordered a frozen drink it had basically melted before it reached your table. Or they would deliver half your order and the rest would follow 10mins later so you were always chasing up food and drink and wondering if they got your order wrong. - We ordered a tuna salad and the salad came without the Tuna. The Tuna was then delivered separately 10mins later… - ordered an omelette and the toast came out 10mins before. - It doesn’t cater for western clients. Both how they execute basic western dishes and more broadly on culture. As a female, I was often ignored and only my husband was addressed. They would never hand me the bill, this always was passed to my husband, and they only ever asked him questions directly and ignored me entirely which I found rude and insulting. Classic western food on their menu was often excited on poorly. - No atmosphere around the pool. Play some soft background music. We found guests playing music themselves via their phone. We didn’t overly mind this but it shows they were all feeling the same and I wouldn’t expect at a 5* hotel to have peopl

This the one of the best hotel at jimbaran area, great value,great food, great place and great service, thank you so much for the warm welcome Mr. Joko, very fast check in at the beginning, cozy room and we having breakfast at the restaurant and one of the staff great us with call my name it’s the best service I ever had it’s very simple but make me memorable, thank you so much and definitely will recommend this hotel, see u soon

Le personnel était exceptionnel, agréable, serviable et m'a fait sentir le bienvenu et chez moi. Les installations étaient modernes, pratiques, élégantes et bien planifiées / conçues. . Les chambres sont immenses et extrêmement confortables Le choix de nourriture était incroyable, super délicieux et plusieurs options saines La piscine était magnifique, beaucoup de places assises avec ou sans ombre L'emplacement était fantastique, plusieurs spas de jour et restaurants à proximité Populaire auprès des surfeurs en raison de son emplacement, ils se lèvent tôt et sortent presque toute la journée.

One of my favorite place to stay in Bali. And this time is my second visit to Bali and also the second time i stayed here. Love the location as it is quite close to the popular by the beach seafood restaurants there. And most importantly is ample space of parking. Booked the 2 BR Villa this time for a group of 7. Even though this time we had to wait for a good 30-45 minutes for check-in as they’re preparing the place, it was understandable as it was partly my fault for made the booking too close to the check-in time and on the other hand they seems to have a very limited staffs on duty at the time probably due to the corona situation. Anyway, the villa was great, spacious bedrooms, bed was huge and comfortable it fit my little family of 4. Very clean and quiet surroundings although the kitchen cabinet part was quite dusty and quite dirty (somewhat undertsandable yet questionable as it is located outdoor next to the pool) and so was the kitchenwares (this i’d suggest wrapping it with food plastic wrapper or something just so it won’t be exposed to the outdoor air). TV have wide selection of channels and the quality is very good. Staffs were very kind, welcoming and helpfull. Facilities provided such as stove, microwave, water dispenser are all working as it should. Pool was great, big enough for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Breakfast was good, need more selection and quantity tho. The only downside to the stay was, bathroom hot water wasn’t running and the curtain in the bathroom is not wide enough to block the view from the bedroom, although it may not be too big of a deal it is quite bothering for me. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much and will deffinitely return and keeping in my fav list.

Nous avons séjourné ici pour 4 nuits et 3 jours, donc voici notre avis. 2) Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Un grand nombre de nourriture varie. Il y a un buffet et ala carte options. (Nous aimons les crepes et la détoxification verte). 3) le personnel est si aimable et bienvenu. Tout particulièrement à M. And, s'il vous plaît envoyez nos remerciements à lui. 4) Les chambres sont propres et assez spacieuses. Les choses pas si bonnes: 1) Les chambres: nécessitent une rénovation, comme la peinture ou etc. Certains bruits peuvent être entendus, Le petit déjeuner est très bon pour vous, mais vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons certainement la prochaine fois, j'espère qu'ils pourront garder les bonnes choses et améliorer les choses qui ne sont pas si bonnes.
