C'est un hôtel très bon marché, donc inutile de se plaindre des rénovations. Vous pouvez commander un petit-déjeuner pour 50 000 roupies.

There were bugs and ants on the bed that had climbed up from the floor. The toilets were poor standard. The toilet in one of the rooms wasn’t even cleaned properly from previous guest. It still had a strong pee smell all over the toilet. We had to run the water for 30 mins to wash it out. The air conditioning in one room wasn’t cold whilst the air con remote control in the other room didn’t even work. Had to climb up to the very old stained aircon unit to turn it on manually. Unfortunately we didn’t take any photos before we left. We only stayed for an hour before deciding to leave the place. Owner disagree with everything and did not provide us with any kind of refund despite letting us know before we left that we can request for cancellation and refund with trip.com as they haven’t received the money yet. The photos are very misleading. The pictures of the toilet only showed the top shower unit and not the old disgusting toilet bowl and bath tub at the bottom. No way this is 3 star standard accommodation. Please save yourself the hassle and do not book this place. Please note that you also had to climb up a very dangerous steep set of stairs to get to the property (hard to do with big luggages and not safe).

Insects may sometimes be seen as they coexist with nature and occur everywhere in Bali due to the tropical climate. But we always clean our place thoroughly inside and outside the rooms. We don't think it's fair that your review is so small and so harsh on us. We have not yet received the money from Trip.com. And according to the existing policy the money cannot be refunded all if you have checked in. You can see our reviews and other guests who are happy and comfortable when staying at our place. В последние дни нашего пребывания не было горячей воды. В остальном же хозяева гестхауса отличные и приветливые.В любых запросах они помогают.Комната уютна и в ней приятно было жить эти дни.Спасибо за пребывание

В целом гестхаус неплохой. Из минусов, в номере есть муравьи, ОЧЕНЬ слабый Интернет, кровати не особо удобные.Хозяйка доброжелательная женщина.

We think you are wrong in looking for our place. You can look on google map and search our place Ramaya Ubud View by EPS and it will be there. If you can't find our place you can call the number we have provided at the place you booked. Even our place is next to the main road. Without any explanation we obviously cannot cancel your booking. Our stay at Ramaya Ubud View was absolutely wonderful The guesthouse is perfectly located in a peaceful area of Tegallalang with stunning views of the surrounding rice fields The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing stay The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any requests They even helped us arrange a cycling tour through the beautiful countryside The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely garden setting making for a perfect start to the day The location is ideal for those looking to be close to nature while still being just a short drive away from Ubud's cultural attractions such as the famous rice terraces and temples We also enjoyed dining at nearby restaurants like Uma Cucina and Fuzion Cafe If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great service and beautiful surroundings Ramaya Ubud View is a perfect choice We’ll definitely be back for another relaxing stay
