Expérience moyenne. La propreté est perfectible, notamment la présence de fourmis sur le canapé et les murs. La piscine est fraîche et propre. Globalement, l'hôtel est conçu pour les couples.

L'environnement est très bon, de style marocain, et le petit déjeuner est délicieux Il convient de s'imprégner dans la chambre. L'emplacement est légèrement éloigné. Il faut environ 15 minutes pour se rendre au quartier des affaires de Seminyak et 1 heure et 20 minutes pour se rendre à Ubud. La route à Bali est étroite, il y a donc de sérieux embouteillages dans les endroits très fréquentés.

We traveled in Bali and stayed at the same hotel for the trip. Everything is fine, and the staff are so nice. Thank you for the breakfast arrangements, housekeeping, and help with moving out the lizard. Many thanks! However, I had a negative experience regarding a traditional facial. It cost IDR 200,000 as stated on the menu. I paid the cost after the treatment and gave an extra IDR 10,000 tip to the staff, but she requested an additional IDR 20,000. In the end, I paid her that amount as well. Despite this incident, it did not diminish my positive feelings about Bali and this hotel! The hotel is truly beautiful! I highly recommend reserving it!

The stay was fantastic. The services was amazing and the staff were so kind in servicing breakfast to your room as well as the afternoon tea as compliment. It was wonderful villa itself and good for couples and solo travelers. The nearby area needs a car but staff will be happy to provide shuttle in and out so definitely recommend!

The room was very beautiful, the staff was very kind, and the service was excellent. However, snacks and bath scrub soap for the bathtub came with an extra charge. If there are more than two guests, there is an additional fee of 250,000 Rupiah per person. I was disappointed that the bathtub decoration did not have flowers as shown in the advertisement pictures.

the staff are very friendly and do the best to accommodate our requests due to our trip itinerary. they provide daily breakfast and afternoon tea and their kitchen has good chef.
