The Bingin Beach Villas' Private Villas

Shocking beyond belief. Everything from the staff at the place , the cleanliness, location isn’t on Google maps for any of the grab drivers so if you don’t know where the venue is - You’ll be taking up a completely different road with no lighting. Being followed back to your room by the security guards was so unnerving especially the fact that we were all girls. The staff’s mannerisms and ability to handle complaints was very poor. You have to pay cash for the mini bar as they have no ‘card machine’ - Shocking experience and I certainly would not recommend this to anyone coming to uluwatu.

We arrived today and are beyond disappointed in the location. It is nowhere near the advertised location and the contact we were left with advised that he is only house keeping and cannot assist. We booked this villa as it advertised it was close to the beach and the landmark Cashew Tree restaurant and its at least 2km away. No where near the beach or restaurant. The most disappointing thing is that we cannot find a contact to speak with regarding this mix up. I’m have emailed, sent what’s app messages and nothing. We have friends and family staying near the Cashew tree and this is why we booked this villa. I believe the website to be misleading with regards to the location of these villas. Please be aware of the location of this villa before committing to staying in the middle of nowhere.

Loved our stay the Bingin Beach Private Villas. The villas are beautiful and clean and the staff are so friendly and accommodating! Would highly recommend! Wish we were there now and will definitely go back!

We cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The 2 bed villa we enjoyed for 9 days was absolutely beautiful and we were incredibly sad to leave. The villa was perfect in that for an extended holiday stay it had everything you would need. If there was anything you needed that wasn’t in the villa all you had to do was ask and hey presto it magically appeared very quickly.. e.g blender 😀 Simply furnished but in an interior designed way, the villa was immaculately maintained and super super clean. Very comfy bed which as a back injury suffer is always a hit and miss for me. Definitely a big hit with me 👍 The staff are fabulous and always smiling. Probably the best staff we have experienced in Bali which is a testament to the owners who are constantly, through gentle encouragement, training and educating in such a way it results in staff that are a joy to be around. The villa location is spot on, close to the beach with plenty of fab eating places close by that you can walk to or hop on your scooter if you want to go a bit further. We had our own scooter but you can also hire through the villa. There was a laundry not even 3 min walk from the villa. Drop off in morning and ready next day or you can go for express. 3kg washing.. washed dried and ironed for less than £1.00 ….. yes…. I said…. £1.00 We enjoyed an amazing breakfast each morning at the villas sister ‘bungalow complex’ which again is just perfect and a 2 min walk from the villa. Guys… be prepared to get your wallets out as Bamboo has an incredible lifestyle boutique filled with her own beautiful and unique creations. Ladies… you’re in for a treat and I defy you to leave without purchasing at least one of her exquisite beach dresses 😍Bamboo and Oliver (the owners) have designed and developed the complex themselves and boy have they got it right. Super super super super lovely couple who make you feel so welcome and really do go that extra mile to make sure you are happy and well looked after. Thank you Bamboo, thank you Oliver… you made our stay just perfect xx
