La chambre était vraiment jolie et propre. Tout allait bien, à part que la télévision de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas, et ils ne peuvent la réparer que le lendemain, ce que je vérifierai. Je pensais que la piscine nous était privée mais qu'elle est partagée (juste pour que vous en preniez note). Leur petit-déjeuner n'était pas à mon goût, car l'avocat ne semblait pas frais. Dans l'ensemble, je donnerais une note de 3/5.

Ils nous ont laissé une bonne impression grâce à leur serviabilité. La première nuit de notre séjour, j'avais des crampes menstruelles, mon mari et moi avons oublié d'apporter des médicaments pour réduire la douleur. Il était tard dans la nuit, mon mari a appelé le personnel mais ils ne l'ont pas aussi :(( Pendant un instant, ils ont frappé à ma porte et m'ont apporté le médicament qui remplaçait celui que j'utilisais dans mon pays d'origine. Je j'ai vraiment apprécié leur gentillesse.

The stay started with a faulty rain shower which the staff kindly fixed the next day. Then the broken hairdryer which the staff kindly fixed the next day. The AC in the room kept producing sounds especially in the night which was disruptive to sleep. The deal-breaker was towards the end of the stay when we were preparing to check out then we realised one of the 2 glass bottles provided by the hotel which we had been drinking from for our 2 night stay had algae at the bottom!!! I understand the need to be environmentally friendly and have no issues with reusing glass bottles for water refill but they need to be at least CLEAN in the first place since they are being used for drinking water. I fell sick after check out and am now worried about health. We reported this algae incident to the staff upon check out and also completed their feedback form to provide them with a record of this terrible incident. It's been a week now but the hotel has not provided any follow up email or contact on any attempt of service recovery. How is this supposed to be a 5-star hotel! I'm absolutely disappointed with this and wanted to give the hotel a chance to at least provide a reasonable explanation but I haven't heard from them at all even though I had given them my contact details.

Amazing room and service! Everything was great, however be prepared to take showers with insects, lizards and gecko!

Beautifully designed rooms and a nice peaceful location. The service is excellent and the breakfast is good.

This was our favorite stay in Bali. The view was stunning, and the staff was incredibly kind, providing us with great tips. We especially want to thank Antari for her kindness. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. ### Location The location couldn't have been more convenient. With plenty of shops, spas, restaurants, just a drive away - there was no shortage of things to do. It was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, my experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! I look forward to returning in the future.

Это самое лучшее место, в котором я жила в Убуде, 2 дня было очень мало, мы сделали там лучшие фото и заказали ванную с цветами. Ребята, вы молодцы, люблю, вернусь!

Отель находиться не далеко от центральной улицы Убуда, персонал каждый день уточняет какой будет завтрак. Номер был с видом на джунгли, он был уютный, хотелось побольше места, но в целом все было чисто и убрано. Каждый день меняют полотенца и перестилают кровать 🧘🏼♀️😊 единственное, что было нам не удобно, заселения в отеле 15:00
